Personally, I like the second one best. The colors suit him better, since they're a tad darker than the one on top. Both look very cool, though.
The second one creeps me out for some reason 0_0. The lighting looks a little awkward. It looks better in the first one without the greenish tint.
Version 1 in my opinion. The second one, I suggest, needs the color balance tool. But not bad really. V1: 9/10 V2: 8/10

The second one, V2, seems to be my favorite. You always see Axel with these bright colors, but with the contrast darker like that, it shows his dark side almost. Very nice I have no critique so 110/10.
