It actually displays a map and provides the actual address where they are.
And it is totally free..

 

You can get radar that detects all bluetooth devices on.It great
because you can send them aload of crap during a Class like during
Geography where there phones go off and she goes mental.Me and
a couple of friends discovered something where if they have your
bluetooth on people can control your phone!!!We keep on setting off
one guys phone during business by putting all his ring tones on and it
is Hilarious!!!If the teachers grew a brain and figured out this stuff they'd
be dangerous.

I haven't heard of anything like this, but you can use the thing daxma said. It's called BT Info and it does a lot of stuff to other phones remotely via bluetooth...
