Birth by Sleep mistakes in the story?

you know i've been really thinking about this part of the game in kh2 where they first visited yen sid's tower.. sora and the gang were like this is the first time they went here but donald and goofy had already been to yen sid's tower and it is shown in bbs.. is this a mistake in the story or something or maybe they just neglected this little detail?

My theory is is that Donald and Goofy just simply forgot.

I mean, they only visit the tower eleven years after the events of BBS with Sora, which was also directly after they had recently woken up from having their memories split and reconnected by Namine.

It seems to be one of those odd twists in the game that you just need to accept, unfortunately :c

 

I think they may forgotton about ven long ago when he was put in C.O. what im confused about why yen sid didn't tell sora donald and goofy tell about terra aqua and ven that's what im confused about.

 

They probably forgot. I mean that was eleven years prior to KH2 and there is no evidence that they ever visited it since BbS.

hahaha! :) oh so that's why.. :) did Nomura really said it? hahaha! that was a really nice excuse right? :) but still i'd believe it if they forgot because of namine.. :)

 

i dont think yen sid told them about ven aqua and terra cause he didnt think they were ready or because they had enough on there shoulders already

 

Or because that'd defeat the purpose of BBS? If you already knew about the characters then there's no reason to care about the game, especially if you already know what has to be done with all of that confusion. And because that plot wasn't fully developed?

I guess he must have decided at some point that he preferred the first look and switched back?

 

Ven looks exactly like Roxas...How how come in 358/2 days the characters you meet in worlds don't recognize you?

 

maybe namine missed that little bit out when she put their memory's back

 

Tinker Bell recognises him, I think. She goes all nuts around Roxas in a way that she never did over Sora. Other than that, I don't think he actually came into close contact with anybody else who knew Ven.
