Help Misplaced Notice?

    There's a notice appearing in the Roleplaying Arena section that's appearing only there and nowhere else.

    That's not a misplaced notice, it's on purpose. Quite a few role players hardly leave the RP Arena so I made a notice for them so they know what's going on and that the awards are starting.

    Addressed & locked.
