This saterday our church is doing a free community barbeque, including free food, free prize drawings, live music, (Including my sister and I), and free carnival games. My legs are sore from going around town and putting up door-knob hangers advertising the BBQ. Please pray that we have a good turn-out and that everything goes smoothly and that my voice doesn't go out. thanx!

So our community barbeque was a success! I won't say smashing success, but it worked! We had a great time, and we had at least 80 people throughout the day. After it was all over, we realized that we forgot to cut up the watermelon, and we still have like, 5 bags of hamburger and hotdog buns. Anyone hungry?

So I am toatlly stoked! Next week, We are (hopefully) going to a christian camp with a lot of cool things like a zip line, a giant swing, swimming in a lake, a blob (you know, that giant inflated pillow in the middle of a lake that you jump on and anyone on the other end goes flying) And amazing song services and sermons.

So we are back from the christian camp I told you all about. It was AWESOME!!! I had a lot of fun, the speaker was hilarious, my friends were there, I made a lot of new friends, and I ate lots of great food. But now that I'm back home, I'm really depressed...

I so wanted to go to nationals this year. I thought we would be fundraising for all of us to go, but it seems that wasn't a priority at the moment. Oh well, at least I had fun at fine arts this year. I'm trying to think about something to talk about at the teen bibe study this weekend. I've just been on the sidelines, you know?

No, I haven't. I'll have to look them up though. I heard this song on the radio, New York To L.A. I've been meaning to actually look it up on youtube. How is everyone doing by the way?

I'm bored, as usual. But things are starting to look up. I'm going to apply for a job, buy a laptop, and get back to work on my fanfics. Oh! And I had an awesome idea for a movie, and as soon as my laptop gets here, I'll start work on the script.

That sounds so fun. I've just been writing in my notebook for a while and I'm almost done with the rough draft of my story. It's not as long as other books, but it may be my first novel. It's wierd, I get so attached to my characters that I cry when I get to the depressing parts.

Well, that's an interesting question. I think that certainly people will forsake insane people just like sometimes people forsake christians. But that doesn't mean that everyone will forsake them. I personally believe that in most cases insane just means someone who believes or thinks differently then most people.

@tummer, I actually didn't do anything that I said I would. lol, the job was no longer available, the laptop was no longer in stock, and the movie is on hold while I help my little sister write a book. The book is going to be Wierd, the kind of book that Tim Burton will wanna make!

So this is my new favorite verse, I like it a lot and it seemed like it belonged on this site.

for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said: "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."
    Ephesians 5:14

Ugh. This group is totally dead. I think I'm the only one who even checks it. If anyone else even visits this page, please PLEASE post something!

I'm sorry. I do realize that this place is a little dead. I'm trying to come up with ideas, but college is kind of messing with my focus of everything. If you have any sugestions for anything, you could always post something.

lol, I'm sorry for being so demanding. I was in a bad mood at the time and I totally understand about being too busy. I shouldn't expect people to constantly be on a video game fansite when there are so many more important things to do. So you're in college? How do you like it? What do you aim to do when you graduate? And yes, I realize I just asked you three questions. :)

LOL, it's alright. I also realize that I need to do something with this group, but I'm just so busy and stressed out. Yeah, I'm still a first year in college, which is alright. The classes are fine and I get involved in some stuff. I"m aiming to be a High School teacher, possibly for English.

@bluekingboy- That's a pretty good idea, maybe you should try to post something like that. @tummer- I was thinking about doin college, but I'm the kind of person that always thinks to the future but never moves toward it. :P I've never had a job yet, and I haven't got my drivers permit, let alone liscense. I instead spend my valuable time reading fantasy stories like Lord of the Rings and checking video-game websites. But I'm not a complete dead-beat. I'm taking berean courses at church to become a certified minister like my Father before me (lol, I've always wanted to use that phrase) and his father before him. I'll be a third-generation minister.

Wow, that's so cool. I kind of want to preach, but I don't know if I could do it like the pastors at my church. I know, people preach in their own way, and I feel I do really good, but I couldn't do it. That's why I want to be a teacher though; I can inspire young people on a more personal level.
