Atlas was given a warning by Misty less than 48 hours ago for insulting other members and his harrassment, and it wasn't the first one he has had. He was told that the next time someone had to talk to him he would be getting more than a warning. Warnings clearly had no impact on him, hence the ban.

 

Ah, okay, that makes sense.
