I believe it needs to be clarified that the game will receive English voice acting if it reaches 100k. It'll still be in English regardless (I know you know, I'm preventing confusion I've seen around the internet)

AND I CAME FOR THE ANIMATED SERIES BECAUSE THAT COULD BE BOMB. ESPECIALLY IF IT GETS ON A NETWORK THAT DOESN'T FREAKIN' CANCEL SHOWS... It also has to get in English, but yeah

That's why I don't like big "companies" doing kickstarter.. Money is never enough? They even got more money than they asked for the first time =Z! They should had done better math beforehand.. Even though everyone is free to do what they want if their money, I am kinda sad that this could back a new idea/ip from a small developer that would not have this chance otherwise..

Even if the new campaign makes little to no money, the game will still be developed with everything the stretch goals promised. Comcept(the company developing the game) did not run out of money. The purpose of the second crowdfunding project is simply an extension of the stretch goals.

Also, Comcept isn't a big company. It's filled with plenty of experienced workers but it's far from huge.

I don't know if this a bad joke, or it was bad management. They launched a kickstarter campaign, on an american site, with a video that had english subtitles, and a english forum for the bankers. Most of the people who supported it speak english.
So it was a fair assumption that the game would be in english, or accessible for english speakers (subtitles/no voice). Than after the people already paid for the production of the game they force you to pay more to understand the game, or you can try to play it in japanese(?)!
I won't go in the subject of 100,000 being too much, I don't know it can be a fair price, what I don't get it, is how this wasn't planned at the original Kickstarter! And even when the game got 427% of what they asked for it wasn't enough for english dubs (so Japanese dubs are fruit of slavery?).
I can't reason it, or they spend it like there was no tomorrow, or they didn't had idea how much they would need.

The funding is for an English dub. As in voice actors. The game will be subtitled in English regardless of the new funding campaign.

^ Hope that clears it up.

Call can hover it seems. At least she isn't a total reskin of Beck.

Manami Matsumae, Mighty No. 9's composer, has a favorite song out of the ones she's worked on for Mighty No. 9. Mighty No. 2's stage theme.

    Here it is:

Fun fact, Mighty No. 2 is female.

Edit: Mighty No. 9 is giving beta access to backers tomorrow. One stage will be available. This will eventually extend to three stages.

That train stage looks like it'll be my favorite.

    Now. Witness Inafune's skill.

Race mode seems pretty fun. Explosive barrels look like the best way to troll the other player.

So there was a vote to decide if the game will have English or Japanese voice acting(since not enough money was raised to have both). English won.

Also, here's a "potential DLC" trailer.

Mighty No. 0? All the hype. All of it.

EDIT: I don't know why so many people are claiming MN0 is a reference to Protoman.
