Digital Art Might as well give it a shot

I am not great at making these, in fact I think I am horrible at it but I figured I would try.

I made this one today when I was bored because I have to stay home over break (sucks)
I kinda like it but I figured some other opinions would be good.




Be as honest as possible.

 

I think it's pretty good for someone who says they're no good at it. The subject of the image should mesh just a little bit more with its background - but other than that (not that that's bad in itself... >_>) I like it.

 

well actually it was then i changed it.
I changed it like 20 times.

It's very creative, I like how you added a little 'pazzaz' to the backround. You should totally make more when you're bored, you're really good at it.

 

I like it, the background looks very good with a good choice of colours. The render id of very high quality which is very good. I would say the stock is a bit dark but I think if it was lighter it would ruin the lighting effect. It does feel a bit empty, as if it needs some text or a border but that's just me.

 

I think the stock should blend more in to the background. Maybe get rid of some edges of the stock?
