I love this band so much who else does?, My Favorite Song are Enter Sandman and For Whom the Bell Toll

 

I'm looking forward to their new album sooooooo much. I pray it's better than Saint Anger. >_>

 

yeah >_< that was sadly dissapointing, i heard demo's all over youtube, they sound promising to bad they aint as screamy

 

They generally weren't that screamy to begin with. St.Anger would of been a good album if they didn't use steel drums and some of the singing isn't always in key. It had potenial, but it bottled. But I don't think it fully deserved the huge bashing it got.

I do look forward to the new album, if only I was going to the Reading Festival this year. D=

 

I hate the new stuff, Black Album was decent but not epicly delightful like the older ones. Kirk Hammet has black nails, tells a lot about failure. And no, Death Magnetic will not be old Metallica, atleast Megadeth still rolls the right roads.

I'm not really into Metallica, but I hear their music a lot. It's awesome.

I can never choose favorites when it comes to songs or bands x3

Mettalica's the kind of music I like to blast out of my car down the freeway. I love the band.

Like everyone else, I wasn't too thrilled with St. Anger, but I have all the albums, including the live ones ( S&M and Binge & Purge). Black Album and And Justice For All are my faves. And for songs, I love One, Until It Sleeps, Seek and Destroy, Of Wolf and Man, and Wherever I May Roam. Just to name a few.

I plan on borrowing Death Magnetic from someone before I buy it. I heard one of the songs on the radio and thought it was good, but one song never cuts it for me.

 

Why does everyone hate Saint Anger? It was alright. I mean it was no ...And Justice For All, but it was ok.

 

Okay so their new album leaked and well, I downloaded it. **** is ****ing awesome. The guitar solos in The Judas Kiss will make you **** bricks of awesome. Sure, it's not as great as classic Metallica, but it's damn good. I think most fans will enjoy it, and if not, they need to take off their nostalgia goggles and give it a chance.

Edit: Holy ****, listening to Suicide & Redemption right now, six minutes into it, holy god damn. This song has the most epic guitar ever. So far I think it's instrumental, I'm not sure. No vocals yet, but the guitar work will blow you away.

I don't hate Saint Anger, I thought it was okay, too. But I was just a little disappointed with it. Oh well.

 

I'm going to get it, since I have all their albums. I have heard sample tracks and it sounds a lot better then what I have hoped.

Favorite older songs: Holier Than Thou, King Nothing, Battery.

 

Their old songs are the best, I love For Whom the Bell Tolls. Their drum beats are amazing.

I heard Death Magnetic was epic.

 

I just picked up Death Magnetic today while out buying drugs for my cold. Felt like I needed a treat. Popped it in the CD player, and almost cried. It seriously is epic. Well worth the wait and hype.

I can't pick a favorite song from it just yet, it all still sounds too good to just single one track out from the others.

 

I like Fuel- that's a pretty kewl song :]

I got a Metallica wristband. They are amazing! My favorite song is One.
