Implemented Message Auto Save

Ever had one of those moments where you're in the middle of an important post, everything's looking nice, and then BAM your computer crashes? I know I have.

I hate it when I'm typing up a post and something happens and I lose the whole thing. It happens to me a lot, actually. This is something I miss about vbulletin (one of the few things I miss). I'd be happy if I knew my content was going to be there if something like a crash were to happen.

What do you all think?

Message Auto Save

 

I follow updates on XenForo's editor rather closely because I know a lot of people, myself included, get frustrated with it. I haven't really installed many of the enhancements to it like auto-save because one of the main developers has mentioned nuking the editor altogether in the future (replacing it with a better one). TinyMCE (the name of the editor) actually just released 4.0 beta, so I'm hoping that it will be implemented and include some newer features. That's all kind of in the long term, but it's why I've been deferring improvements to the editor.
