Just some random sketches of mine from..., well all those years of trying to improve (as if that gonna happen...). Can't say i really care that much anymore...

Comments are more than welcome, especially if anyone's willing to help in any way.
Just a warning, my scanner is acting pretty *****y so it kind of sabotages me and those images aren't in their fullest monstrosity glory.

    Monstrosity No. 1
W.I.T.C.H back from my time when i was obsessed with the comic (well, not that back, they are with their new outfits in this drawing anyway, i think after the 7th arc..., not that anyone cares XD) Will's hair look..., well big O__o

I know, i draw with pencils, weird huh...?

    Monstrosity No. 2
I'll be honest here. I really like this one, looking at it makes me feel better (well a little at least) when i visit devianart and everyone there has those super awesome edited sketches XD
    [IMG]

Stupid, scanner, the hair is actually black >.>

    Monstrosity No. 3
    OMG! It's Daisy Duck!
At some point everyone's gotta experiment with ducks Disney characters, so yeah, i followed a tutorial from a Disney comic for this one. At least as far as i can remember.

More monsters on demand and later since i'm too lazy (hey i have HP fan art people ;))

    EDIT
    Monstrosity No. 4
More W.I.TC.H fan art (i have a lot xD) This one is really old, i think i have posted it here before, well some years ago... Not much to say about it, it is a part of a W.I.T.C.H cover that i tried to copy seeing it. Quite hard the anatomy may i tell you.

(REAL) Monstrosity No. 5 I should have a WARNING sign here XD
No kidding here, this is bad -____-; I made this back in 2007, during my first months at KHvids, as a present for Sara's birthday. My first and last attempt at drawing Sora, and maybe one of my few coloured drawings.

It's so bad that it makes me laugh, i hope Sara liked it XD

Wow! i gotta say the thing that hit me the most was in your first picture. (I don't know their names so bear with me...) The gal that is flying with the wings, I love her the best in that picture. You did very well with the foreshortening of her arms! I myself have a hard time doing that.

(To those who don't know what foreshortening means- Foreshortening-–verb (used with object)
    1.
Fine Arts . to reduce or distort (parts of a represented object that are not parallel to the picture plane) in order to convey the illusion of three-dimensional space as perceived by the human eye: often done according to the rules of perspective.
    2.
to abridge, reduce, or contract; make shorter.)

I also love the way you drew her body, it's very well done! The girl on the left is also good. the only thing i can see is that her head seems a little too long length wise. but it's still pretty good. the girl on the right is the one that bugs me the most. Her eyes seem too far apart, and her jaw looks out of whack. But other than that, that pic looks good.

The second drawing. I like the guy's pose. I understand you said his hair is black, but the scanner didn't show it. (I HATE when mine doesn't work either... they are cursed lolz!) The only thing that bothers me in this one, is his collar doesn't look 3D enough. (I have that problem too, especially dress shirts.) his left shoulder (the right side when looking at the picture) doesn't line up. I think that's what is making it look awkward the most. All in all, pretty good.

The third drawing is pretty classic. The only things i see wrong are the eyes seem a tidbit apart, and her bent leg needs to be on the "ground" along with the other. awesome nonetheless.

Sorry this is uber long, but i do have some suggestions over all. You seem to enjoy sketching, so if you want to up the ante, try shading things, cross-hatching as well gives good effects. also, when making a character, try to make a "stick figure with circles for moving ligament parts. that always helps. The person should be about 6-7 heads tall, but that's if you want a character to look proportional.

All in all, it's good keep up the work, i really enjoyed your art:)

W.I.T.C.H. is my childhood. Haha, I love seeing W.I.T.C.H. fan art c:
And you do not disappoint! A very fine job you've done here, I really enjoy looking at your pieces. I also love how you've drawn Will's body, it's very nice. Her hair is a little big but she is flying! You could just say her hair's flying about too x) But of course, yes, you could just do it over but it looks okay to me.
Anyway, the other two drawings are also very good. I'd just like to say that maybe you'd want to put some variety in your lines. Your lines seem to be very similar, try making some thinner at one point, thicker in the other. Like how you see in mangas/comics? I hope you understood that x) Also, continue with the shading! I could see a bit, very little, but it's there and it's working! Add those and your art will be awesome.
Very good job, I like it lots c:

Oh, why thank you kind people!

Oh, thanks, i am not very happy with the result to be honest, but glad you like it. As for Will's body, yeah that was hard to be honest and i'm not good with legs XD

Hmmm..., to be honest i thought that Cornelia was the best thing in that drawing, especially since Hay Lin on the left looks a bit stiff(?) but now that you mention it she does look a bit weird XDD

Yeah, i was kind of afraid to erase it, i didn't want to mess up. It is a bit difficult adding such details in clothing, i should make it bend more along with the garment.

As for his shoulder, i hadn't notice, thanks ;)

I think her leg is supposed to be a bit behind her left leg... Thanks, though, i'll take another look. Now that you mention it, her eyes are indeed a bit too apart.

Oh, no problem, advice is more than welcome, thanks for the help ^^

    A W.I.T.C.H fan! ;)
You know, i really enjoy drawing characters from W.I.T.CH, i love the way they look both as manga and as western comic characters. The Italian Disney department has awesome comics, too bad this one took the downhill...

Actually, i was trying to do that, her hair floating in a way XD

Yeah, i see what you mean, it is just that i am afraid of pressing too hard the pencil on the paper, in case something goes wrong and i have to erase it (it happens a lot).

    Thanks, glad you like them.

Oh, you don't have to press hard on the paper to make the lines thicker! You can simply add more lines, um, beside it? I can't quite explain. It's just adding more lines, you don't have to press very hard really. As for the erasing, I personally try to keep erasures minimal. Of course mistakes are never avoided but when erasing make it really light. It erases better when you apply less pressure too. Oh! And also, to throw it out there, why don't you try lining with pens? It could make things cleaner c:
But yeah, your paper needs not worry - thicker lines doesn't mean pressing hard :3

I've tried different pencils all this time but the result is always the same =/ will work on that.

I will admit that. I am freaking afraid of using ink, my hand is not very steady and i'm really afraid of messing up. I know, i have to do it at some point though.

    Sora: Im gonna rape you.

If you want to make your lines thicker, try drawing a lie, but also move your hand back and forth on the line. I hope you know what I mean lol.
