you know, if you can't get brothers, you can use a code to get full points or whatever for skills, and then get the rogue noise. That's what i do

 

Yeah, I do the same thing, but I'm trying to use the other Noise Forms, just to have fun ;)

 

I use, well actually "used" since I don't have it any more, Rogue Form every time because I hated the other noise forms. Their weaknesses were annoying to get past, and Rogue Protects you at times
