Yes indeed it does but I wanted you to see that it is possible to simulate protoman better.

You may have to use it, turn the code off, then buy or get a chip from somewhere on the net or in the real world and then all of them should be 99. BTW use the library code beforehand.

Shiz that is awesome news. Usually when I hacked these codes you needed to do like 20 extra steps. Or at least that was what Megaman Battle Network 3 was like for me. I shall actually try that one then.

In the meantime do you have any requests for buster mods for Falzar. I can give you pretty much whatever you want. I just didn't post everything because there is A TON of data.

I'm guessing the chips that have no pictures are ones they took out? Counts chip is there. And explain more on this buster mod. You mean like what you did for the LifeSwrd?

Yes also don't use any chips without an image.

And yes I could do something like the normal buster is dark sword and the charge shot is step sword or something.

Oh thanks for the warning. Hmmm so then we could make the normal and charge shots like chips?

Orly... -insert evil laughter here- Well let me think for a bit on what to do. Though something did just happen.

I took off the Protoman code and kept the sword code and well....

This is what happened. It still works fine but lol. I'm Groundman now. Anyways I'm guessing there's a default speed for when changing the buster? The Lifeswrd charge takes a while. I'll try that change charge code on the front first.

It's okay. It happened when I turned of Proto. It's back on so I'm good. Also I saved and reloaded and the 99 chips is with me forever. As is Groundman. I'm going to see what happens if I talk to Groundman's operator.

Ok well here's what I did. The mega code did not work. I turned it off, the proto off, and the lifeswrd off. I then was still stuck as protoman. So then I went into groundmans computer and became groundman. I went out and Megaman was back. On a side note before I turned of the lifeswrd I went into groundman's computer and was megaman with more hp than normal.

I've saved and am now Megaman with all chips.

Wonderful news. It is good to see that you can troubleshoot. No one around here can ever do that.

And for that I thank you.

It's called common sense, boredom, and the joy of testing. I've also figured out that in order for the game to not continually spout new games everywhere you must have the same cheats on that were on the last time you played. I turned the lifeswrd or is this darkswrd?, on and it works with Mega well. The charge takes a while but I restarted without saving while having the swrd cheat on and new game came up. I turned it off, restarted, and my file was back.

No one uses their brains around here and that is an interesting find.

Also check what?'s profile. I got some screen shots.

EPIC. That is sweet. 1 thing though. With Xaldin being green and the ground being green, there is an awful lot of green over on the left. It looks awesome though.

Indeed I may change that but it was way harder to do the stages.

I had to insert the string of bytes "0C95 644F 0147 4032 A025 E014" over 50 different times which may not sound like much but it took days of testing.

Ouch. Well if we absolutely need to change something then it might be better the change mega if we have to. Though we don't really need to. And thanks for the help.

Now I had a thought. Could you make the regular buster TankCan3? Also is it possible to change the buster into P.As?

Sidenote: Fighting spoutman with DrkSwrd. It seems that changing to cross forms cancels out the effect of the DrkSwrd.
