Meg & Dia

Meg & Dia is an American Indie Rock band formed in 2004. They are founded by Meg Frampton and Dia Frampton, and although being known as Meg & Dia, the band consists of 5 members, Meg Frampton, Dia Frampton, Nicholas Price, Jonathan Snyder and Carlo Gimenez.

To me, Meg & Dia is absolutely amazing.
Their music is brilliant, and I love the meanings to their songs.

To me, they sound like a mixture of Flyleaf and Paramore. (maybe that's why I like them so much?)

My favorite song (although it was whored by MTV many, many times.) is Monster.

I like Monster too. :3 Though.. I don't think I could name anything else by them. xD;

They remind me of Tegan & Sara more than Flyleaf/Paramore.

I've never heard of Meg & Dia, but I couldn't help but notice Mish said they remind her of Tegan and Sara, and I LOOOVE them 8DD! Is there music similar to them? Or is it just that the vocals sound just like T&S? I'm gonna go check out this Monster song you mentioned on YouToob. :D

EDIIIIIIIIIT: Yeah! Just checked out Monster. It's awesome! At first I was like "what's with the lights?" then I realised it's 'sposed to be their hearts xD

Anyway, the song sounds a little heavier than T&S, but I kinda see where people are coming from with the similarities. Anyway, I liked what I heard. If they've got an album out, methinks I'll be buying it. I'm very easily influenced when it comes to music. I just need to hear 1 or 2 songs then I want the albums straight away. I like taking chances :D

Anyway, I've only heard Roses and Monster, but I really like Monster. =D

My friend introduced me the song "Monster" and I love it.
