What is this? The fact that the majority of the cast are Disney stars just turns me off to this movie completely. A bunch of nine and ten year olds will probably want to see it, meaning it probably won't have any of the things that made Mean Girls a pretty lovely movie in it. I'm disappointed. I wish they would just stop making sequels to movies that don't need them.

No way. :c That movie doesn't appeal to me at all. Though my niece would probably force me to watch it with her. <<'

I really loved the first one but... I doubt I will enjoy this one, I agree a sequel doesn't need to be made to perfectly fine movies. :'(

Sigh..there will be nothing better than the original Mean Girls. ..."She doesn't even go here"

    Edit:
Oh I heard they were making a DS game as well... >:0

Mean Girls is nothing without Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams. Seriously.

There needs to be a dislike button for this, because I very much dislike the whole idea.

...........dislike x 1000. What's the game going to have you do, basically be a dumbed down version of that PS2 game Bully?

Okay, the first movie wasn't that great (I did sadly laugh a few times when I first watched it), but why would they make this. It doesn't look funny at all, in fact, it's a little sad. You know that Disney has no confidence in this movie because it's a straight to DVD.

Much hasn't been announced but I doubt it's going to be based on the movie but sorta a puzzle game for younger kids to enjoy. :/ Link here.

First one was good but they really don't need a second one.

But I'm just going to pretend that this movie doesn't exist and move on with my boring life.

Thank the film gods that this is straight-to-DVD. THANK YOU.

Glen Coco would say NO. :B|: Hollywood annoys the crap out of me sometimes. Come up with some original ideas, for frick sakes.

Nobody wants your braindead sequels, Hollywood.

This multiplied by infinity... unless, of course, the sequel blows the original out of the water (heck, Toy Story never needed any sequels, but look at it now), but this definitely won't.

Also for God's sake Disney WHY ARE YOU STILL MAKING DTV MOVIES YOU WERE BLOCKED FROM MAKING THOSE BY JOHN LASSETER FOR GOD'S SAKE AND HE'S BEEN IN YOUR EMPLOYMENT SINCE THE EIGHTIES WHEN YOU DIDN'T MAKE THOSE AND YOU WERE RESPECTED

I also thank the movie gods that this piece of crap is STDVD. This dull, obnxious and poor excuse of a sequel to (actually) a good movie is just plain pointless! Never gonna watch it cause it's the same as the first. Same storyline, different characters. Have some brains, Hollywood - enough of the STDVD stuff!

Tina Fey must be so disgusted that they would make a sequel to Mean Girls so...terrible :/

That's what you get. The movie is nothing without Tina Fey and Lindsay Lohan. Besides, like I said, that's what you get with STDVD. They could at least make it intresting. If I was Tina Fey, I would be disgusted too. =/

This better not ruin the first one. It doesn't need a sequel but I'll probably still watch it to see whether or not it deserves the name of "Mean girls"

I actually saw the original movie yesturday for the first time in a long time (for some reason, a girl brought it to watch during the last day of school). I noticed something very flawed. First off, they were actually able to get Niel Flynn (Janitor for Scrubs) and Amy Poelor (can'st spell her name) in this movie. They're both great comedians and what does the movie decide to do with them: don't use them at all. The two of them, espeically Flynn, could've made the movie so much better if they were allowed to showcase their talent. Instead, they're just parents who are in very few scenes and aren't even cared for. Uh-oh! The dad let her our and his excuse was "They can't go out when they're grounded?". Bull, bull, BULL ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL. This is the man who created Knife-Wrench and he had to resort to this?! [/rant]

    ???
Just because someone's a great comedian doesn't mean they should autimatically be a main character. The movie is about teenaged characters, not their parents. He didn't necessarily "resort" to playing the part. He easily couldhave read the script, thought it sounded like a funny movie, and wanted to be a part of it.
