Birth by Sleep Master Xehanort's apprentice

What do you believe his apprentice (The masked guy in Riku's dark suit) has to do with the future of Kingdom Hearts? This is just a theory I've made up in my spare time but, it's about his connection to the current Xehanort (in kh1,2 and so on) He could actually be Xehanort himself. Basically, since he's is somehow part of Master Xehanort (as seen in the secret ending, when he comes out of the old man) that could explain how He could remember his name after the keyblade war, and how Xehanorts heartless has MX's costume as well. How I see it is that after the keyblade war, he managed to survive, carrying what was left of MX, and took on his name as it was what he could remember, since he's part of him. When he gave up his heart later (MX's heart) he takes of the costume of his former self, as well as causing Riku to have that costume in his dark form. Also note...because of being part of him, he inherited his traits as well (white hair, dark skin, etc.)

That's all I could think of, what else is a mystery is his relation to Terra, since both him and the current Xehanort have similar hairstyles.

 

Hmm....that's an interesting point of view, assuming that entity is an actual person. Because the word on the street is, he's just a guardian. Like that scary-looking Mr.T poser behind Xehanort's Heartless, and that massive fallen-angel with an attitude behind Marluxia. All the final bosses normally have them. The Nobody Dragon you fight alongside Xemnas 2 and 3 seems to be something he bonded to, like Xehanort's Heartless and the World of Chaos at the Final Battle of KH1.

 

Nawh, I think hes just there for the secret ending. Of course hes there for the future of kingdom hearts.

I don't think it's that simple. He seems to have a bigger role than just being a guardian. He fights Ven somewhere in BBS (seen in the screenshot), and his helmet comes off, then in cuts to another scene. Plus, MX says that he's a "man" who is a "demon who has fallen too deep into the darkness". I think the apprentice is a very important character in BBS, if not the whole series.

 

What if this Apprentice is someone we already know?

 

Who the hell would that be? Besides 'Xehanort' thats who I think it is. Maybe Riku's daddy :D
