The femshep trailer is out and she looks....terrible.
It is not even the makeup that bothers me, her whole model looks absurd and unrealistic, even by the games standards. There was something on tumblr that had two pictures, the same exact scene but one with Sheploo and one with femShep, Sheploo's skin looks natural and grizzled as femShep is literally a plastic doll.

She looks a lot better now since the beta

and they changed her pants from white to blue i guess

but again thats CASUAL stuff. she actually does wear armor. the only difference is that her hair is down.

you only killed her off because you dont like how a character looks? ngl thats really stupid.

It's good to see that she has armor. Normally Shephard is the only one who has Casual and Combat gear, so I just figured that this was her only outfit like Miranda. I don't like Kaiden or Ashely, so it's like, I have to pick the one I hate less. If I could, I wouldn't have either of them in my party. Hopefully Wrex comes back.

At least they're not as bad as Jacob. I tried to like him until he was a ******bag to Tali.

Poor PS3 is last to get the demo. At least that's what I'm assuming.

Downloading now via Origin. Would prefer Steam but whatever, EA.

If I remember I'll update my post after I have a go at the demo.

EDIT: Well that was really fun.

Not too fond of the HUD, I preferred how ME2's was. Mainly just the HP and shield bars. I don't like them constantly staying on the screen. The melee combat was amazing, much better than a *thump* *thump* *thump*. Now we got *thump* *whack* *stab with blade of death*. Can't wait till March 6.

I cant wait for the multiplayer. I have been wanting this ever since 2 after seeing on how the galaxy is in here. Freaking Horde mode baby. And just for the record, I was one of those guys that saved Kaiden over Ashley.

When did Jacob do that? And wait when was Jacob ever mean to anyone that wasn't a *******?

I like Ashley for her no nonsense approach to things, but still with heart, and believes in fundemental ideals of family and humanity trying to stand on its own two feet.
I like Kaidan for being the regular guy trying to be a soldier and asking the good questions that others don't. And he's open minded unlike most the rest of the team, who have some prejudice against someone.

I saved both of thme in different saves. I'd like to see where it goes with them anyway.

I've been playing multiplayer. It's actually really good. I was really skeptical at first, but my fears have been laid to rest.

My Origin ID is HolyFukMan if anyone wants to play on PC.

Played the demo, and got so hype, I decided to make a new character in 2, using the Genesis comic to make up for 1. Infiltrator is SO MUCH more fun to play than Soldier (than again, I'm betting anything is). The Widow is a beautiful gun that I can't believe I never used before, and I love hacking Heavy Mechs to fight for me.

But now I'm stuck with trying to get Jack loyal after her fit with Miranda which I totally forgot about, as well as trying to do Tali's mission and getting to use a Paragon or Renegade option. Anyone know how much morality points or whatever I need for these two situations?

Not completely sure, but I believe you need 100% Paragon/Renegade to make them like you again. At least for the Jack/Miranda argument.

For the Tali thing, which do you mean: at the Fleet when there's an option after you go clear out the geth or the fight with Legion she has after you beat both their loyalty missions?

Yeah, near to full Renegade or Paragon for the tiffs between companions, both Miranda and Jack & Tali and Legion.
If you commit to one and do all main missions and side missions over time it should be there. If not, upgrade the class specific role at a level up. Should boost it enough to help you out.

Should work out 75% full for the Tali Loyalty mission if you're talking about her tiff with the Admiralty Board and Shep steps forward. Not totally sure but yeah should work out.

I did Tali's loyalty mission, and was able to use the Paragon choice (Death Mask + Agent). Jack still was being quite disloyal though (read: a *****). So now I'm literally going to every planet, talking to every person, and trying to do every Paragon choice I can, since its what I have more of (about 80% now). The last mission I have left to do is the Reaper IFF, and after that is endgame. Really want to get everyone loyal for this play-through, since I intend to import to 3.

I'm getting 3 for PS3 unfortunately, cause my friend wants to play online. And Jack is dead. :C

Eh, I don't like her anyway though, so no big deal. But just my luck, when I play it on PC I save everybody (with Wrex being dead vnebajfhej).

Make sure to check back at Omega, Ilium, Krogan place, and the Citadel just to make sure you've talked to everyone there for your paragon/renegade.

Are you playing on PC? I know a way to max your paragon points.

I have my Collector's Edition (pun not intended) and I'm installing it, but I'm still persistent on getting "No Man Left Behind." I'm literally about 15 points away from full Paragon and Jack still won't come around. Can anyone think of ANY way I can fix it? I was thinking of getting Zaeed's mission and doing Paragon for an extra 15 points. Would it fix my problem? I really want to be able to see her in 3 without ditching my best play-through from 2.

EDIT: Resolved. Save modding for the win. Saved me a day of re-doing the whole game. Now I'm kicking it in 3 and loving it.

    I finished ME3.

I do not see why people are complaining about the ending being bad, it probably because
"OMG MY SHEPARD CANNOT LIVE AND BE WITH HIS WAIFU, TALI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
But I really don't see any positive ending ever coming out of this, I mean the Galaxy was beyond ****ed up. But I really felt like it was the most honorable end for Shepard, a sacrifice (well... i chose the Synthesis ending so it MIGHT be different for others, but i hear its barely different).

I mean sure living would be really cool, and being with Garrus (the goodbye was so cute csfasfad)
BUT YEAH... THERE CANNOT ALWAYS BE A HAPPY ENDING

edit: BUT TO BE HONEST, I only got into the series since PS3 ME2 came out... now if I was a fan who followed the series since Day 1 I think I would be pissed. I mean if everyone in KH just ended up dying/rewritten or whatever I would be so mad.

edit2: now i feel stupid for picking the synthesis one... that is just stupid. I WAS DISORIENTED.

I love this game. I think it has a proper ending, and I've played all three (and played ME2 on PS3 and PC).

    ...Time to play it again.

Spoilers ahoy D: though I'm glad to see some people actually like the ending. Haven't gotten there myself, but now I'm hopeful at least

Anyway, I just bought my Black Widow. Things are going to die :]

Finished the game now and I have to say, choosing what relationship I wanted to continue with two different people, deciding who lives and dies, getting together the forces of the galaxy... **** me that was one hell of a ride.

It left such a major decision at the end of the game that it was the toughest choice I've ever made in a video game. I had to put down the controller and think about the consequences,
The amount of time I've spent feeling happy, sad, angry and the such because of all the characters I've bonded to, even Javik and James Vega who had just been introduced into the series were some of the people I got a bit emotional from after the final talk.

And I knew Shep would be killed off, it was obvious that barely escaping the Collector Base would likely lead to Shep's final confrontation with death. Though to be honest, that ending with the N7 tags on Shep's presumed body and that one gasp of air, I laughed with happiness, Shep's survivability is inhuman. Which just makes em the perfect human.

For the endings I picked 'Destroy all Synthetics' ending. To be honest, it ahd the clearest ending of what would happen and that meant to me it was the only option.
Controlling Synthetics would mean the organically have control over galaxy destroying forces, and to be honest I don't trust any race with that sort of power.
Whilst the Synthesis ending was something I'd have to forcibly give to all life in the galaxy, and since it wasn't their decision to make I couldn't do it, I personally am not on for augmentations anyway so it was a great idea to me. So by default killing the Synthetics was the best idea, even if it meant the Geth.
The lesser of the other two evils, i guess

I only realised after that it also meant EDI was killed, which was depressing to have chosen that. I just doubt that these decisions will carry on to another game, so I'll just accept the decision I made. And you should all as well. Stop complaining

Mass Effect has been great over the last 5 years, the first game being my first Xbox 360 game to be being one of my favourite game series of all time. What a ride and I hope it doesn't end here.
