"Well...sure..come inside i guess" Stefan said. Instincts told him NOT to trust the girl, but he figured that he trusted his instincts a little too much. He turned and walked inside. Besides..if things get too bad i can always just throw her outside he thought. He sat down and turned on the jug so that it began to boil water.

 

Sam smiled in suprise, that had worked out better than she expected. She knew it was early days though and things could still go wrong but still she followed him inside, it wasn't like he could touch her. She stood to the side carefully, feeling a tad arkward and unsure what to do but there was no backing down now. "So you live here alone?" She asked quietly, not wanting it to go to silence.

 

Stefan nodded. "Been this way for years. Got forced into hiding really" he said. He reached out with his hand,pointed at the chair opposite himself, and made a pulling motion with his index finger. The chair slid backwards a small distance,enough for Sam to easily sit on it comfortably. "Come,take a seat" he said.

 

"Thanks" Sam said as she sat down on the chair, "Hiding? Who from?" She asked as curiousity picked up. As she looked at him she realised she didn't even know his name, "Oh, sorry I didn't even ask your name. I'm sorry if I come across nosy, I'm just interested and willing to help if you need it"

 

"My name is The Wave. I'm in hiding from some particularly cruel people from my past..people that would sooner see myself used as a weapon,rather than help people" he said, a tone of anger in his voice at the mere thought of the people he was hiding from. He sighed. "But these days...it seems like all i do is hide when i could be helping people..much like a coward would do" he said sadly.

 

As Steven introduced himself as The Wave, Sam consideed that she might have been better introducing herself as Little Mist but it was a bit late for that now. "Really? And I don't think anyone could blame you for hiding, if those people are as bad as you make out then it's perfectly understandable. It's your choice and no one would think of you cowardly for hiding but how long are you planning on hiding for? You can't stay here forever. Sometimes it's better to face your fears, get stronger so if they ever do find you, you can show them they messed with the wrong person. Plus if you are as strong as they think, they should be the ones worried, not you." She smiled, "Though I can't tell you what to do."

 

Stefan thought for a moment. Is she right? Have i been hiding for too long? he wondered. "But...where would i start? How could i possibly make up for all the years of hiding i've done?" he asked, almost desperately.

 

"No one's asking you to make miracles, just start small. I could help you if you want. I'm also known as Little Mist, I'm not the biggest hero out there but I'm getting there. You've just got to help people where you see it and not just stand by and let this horrid stuff happen. Protect people from the villians out there, perhaps take some of them down" She added with a slight grin. She was happy, she seemed to have made a difference and he actually wanted to do something now.

 

"Maybe.....why would you help me?" Stefan asked.

 

"Why not? If you're willing to stand up to the villians that rule this place and cause all this mess, then good on you. The more people who stand up to them, the better. We need all the help we can get. You're not stupid and if it just takes a little help to get you back on your feet and doing what's right. I'll give you all the help and support you need." Sam answered with passion in her voice.

 

Stefan stood up,a little shaky on his feet. "Ok...well i guess i should get started as soon as i can...right?" he questioned.

 

Sam nodded, "Yeah, if you're okay. Do you want a costume or something so you aren't recognised before we go? Possibly a good idea if you've got people after you and you end up on TV" She asked, thinking practially.

 

"I hadn't thought of that. There's no point in me putting on a fancy costume..Stefan Morocco is no more. Only The Wave is left now. If they want me, let them come" he said defiantly.

 

Sam grinned, "That's the attitude. I don't do a fancy costume but I do a little. One second." She was already wearing dark skinny jeans and a plain fitted black top but now she began to rummage in a little bag she was carrying. From it she took a neon pink belt with a star on the front and placed it round her waist, she tied her hair back in a high ponytail, placed contacts in her eyes that turned them the same shade of pink and drew a pentagram on her cheek, with a pink eyeliner. She did it all in less than 30 seconds and she'd done enough times that she got the star on her cheek perfect without a mirror. "Ready" She said with a grin.

 

"You seem as though you've had alot of practice" Stefan stated. He walked over to his door and opened it. He grinned slightly. "Ladies first" he said.

OOC: I'm going to go to bed now..it's 2:18am in the morning and i have work at 12:30pm so yeah better get some rest XD night

 

"Thanks", she said as she walked through it, she had planned to simply walk through the wall but since he made the effort, she didn't. "Let's go kick some ass", she said looking back at him.

OOC: Fair enough, it's only 5:25pm for me.

 

"Ready when you are" Stefan responded.

Elsewhere, a man was pleading for his life. He was the owner of a general store, and was in the process of being robbed. "Please...spare me!" he shouted desperately. Another man, one who had dark brown hair and a scar over his right eye, was the person terrorising him. "Spare you? It's not so fun to be bullied is it? NEVER AGAIN!" the man yelled as he punched the man in the stomach, sending him crashing straight through a vending machine.He walked over and picked up the man by the neck.

"I WILL NEVER BE BROUGHT DOWN AGAIN!!!!!" the man, Tremor, yelled furiously as he seperated the man's skull from his body.

 

The man sat in the tree.He watched as a wild boar crossed the clearing.He grabbed his spear he had next to him.He spent several minutes taking aim.Finally he threw it,only to barely missed."Crap!" he said to himself."Now the only way to get food is to go back to the city!And its overrun with supervillains!" His head drooped as his face spread with a look of defeat.

Backstory: After a life time of being whatever his rich parents want him to be, Davey ran away and lived on his own. Then one day, as he stood on the shore and looked out to sea, a great wave rose up and swept over him. After being lost at sea for seven days, Davey was washed onto a sandy beach with incredible powers. People say that he must have ran into some toxic waste in the water, but.... people are always saying things like that. Anyway, whatevr happend during that week, He's never been quite right after that.
