    And I believe in that.
I spent more then three hours on this. And I think it's the best I've done so far.

This was a toughy. I thought the shading was perfect for a practice run of what I can do, and I just tried my damn hardest not to mess it up.
The smudge tool is my bestest friend evar. <3

I just don't really like the eyes in this one. I thought of maybe erasing it more, or maybe even giving it a more lighter look. But I didn't really know. :/

CnC. And don't ask what it is. B|

Err... Yes; there's more then one software to do this sort of thing.
    Of course mine isn't pirated.
    It was free.

Three hours well spent, it looks fantastic.
The shading on the hair looks great, I love how you incorporated all of the different shades of yellow.
The shading on the arms and dress looks great too, and even the eyes look good. You should try coloring them lighter instead of that steel blue to see how they turn out. They would really stand out if you did.
Great job, Rissy. It's really good. :3

I loved how all the colors came out as well; but I hate the line around Namine herself.
As you can see from the original; she was standing in front of someone, and I tried to erase him out.
But for some reason it was harder then it seems. .__.

Oh you mean her outline? I bet you had to zoom in a lot in order to get that eraser to be that precise. O.o I see the shadow in the back of the original picture and how you tried to erase that part as well, is that why the back of her head has that black smudge-looking shadow or did you do that purposely?

Lemme guess...Paint Tool SAI or Pixia?

Anyways, I like the colors added in. The only thing that bothers me IMO is the eyes. Try blending it with more shadings of light and dark, that'll make it more "lively"...I guess.

Yeah, that line on the side was I think the scanner's fault, but I didn't do anything to it, since I thought it really wasn't a shadow on her head.

@I'm Naked!: Thank you, but I actually used GIMP. ::L:
I'll try that, even though I'm not really sure how to make it more lively.

I'm a bit curious as to what method you're using to color these. Could you explain what the process is for you? Or if it's easier, simply send me the original file? (PSD would be preferred, as Gimp can save them, but XCF is fine too)

The actual coloring is alright but I'm having trouble seeing what you did other than add the color. At the moment it looks like you're still relying HEAVILY on the scan for shadows, and I can't really give much critique if I can't see what you've done lol.

Oooooh. Very nice job Rissy. ^^ *purrs* I think the back part of her head where it's dark should be less darker. And that's it. ^^

Wait, GIMP is free? I'de like to get started in Manga Coloring, but all I have is MS Paint.

Also, great job on the coloring on Namine herself, but yeah, you can kinda tell you erased the man out. Overall, great job, though!
