This Movie I'm making is basically all of the game's cutscenes in chronological order, edited together as best as I can. There are also some battles in it.

I just finished editing all of the scenes and videos together, so the movie itself is basically finished. Now I have to edit it to make it better.

I'd like to edit out all of the gameplay elements from my movie, like HP and Command Bars in battle. Doing so will make it more like a movie. Problem is, I don't think I can do that will Windows Movie Maker. How else can I do this?

It might also be a good idea to place music at designated points so that it looks seamless. When I edited cutscenes, it cut the music too. But I don't think I can download BBS music anywhere.

    Can anyone help me?

I think this might be better suited to the forum for video projects... Anyway, you're correct, what you want to do probably can't be done in WMM. A lot of things can't be done in WMM, actually. I would suggest getting Sony Vegas or Adobe Premier, I have good experience with the former and I've heard good things about the latter. It should be a simple matter to cut the top and bottom off your clips in either program.

As for the music... Can't help you there. If you can find an official soundtrack, that's probably your best bet. There are other ways, but they're dubious at best and probably won't get you very high-quality tracks.

The problem with those two programs is that they cost money, and I don't think it's worth it right now.

Are there any free programs I could use?

And I guess a mod could move this to video projects if they want.

I have Sony Vegas Pro 7 and its amazing. Unfortunately I'm not at liberty to tell you how I got it. But yeah, it works wonders for editing out things and stuff like that.

Best way to take out the HP bars and stuff is not through video editing. That'll just make it look weird. There were a few codes for other Kingdom Hearts games to remove the HUD. The best option is re-recording gameplay scenes with codes like this(if they exist right now) using a "cheat" device. I haven't seen any codes used on BBS other than infinite health though so I don't know if removing the HUD is available yet. >>

I didn't record any of the cutscenes myself. I'm using the videos from this website.
