That's let's you see only the recent threads that you've posted in.

Well you could subscribe to them, and then just check your subscribed threads?

 

I don't really want to go through all that, I've seen it on many other forums, I just thought maybe one could get put in here.

 

You can make it so that it automatically subscribes to threads you post in.

For Spam Zone threads, they'll usually die out so you won't even have to worry about deleting them.

Or do what I do, and post on a thread that you haven't posted in before that is interesting, click on your name and then click on find more posts by this user which allows me to do it. It works because I help circulate the thread and I can check what has happened since my post last time.

 

I honestly don't think there's a need for it; that's what the thread subscriptions are for. The settings can be changed in your CP under "Edit Options", and you can unsubscribe to all of the threads at any time.
Similarly, if you want to subscribe to just one or two threads, go to "Thread Tools" in a thread and click "Subscribe to thread".
