i'd rather risk voting for someone suspicious and be wrong than vote for someone who voted for themselves only to find out they're town

I'm not voting myself off. It's a simple filler vote, and if the town people choose to just follow through and vote me off just because then they are killing their own chances. As I said in my first post, I had no intention of throwing this game. But man oh man did this whole thing bring up some well needed discussion. I'm taking a risk FOR my team. Meanwhile you sit back judging me for "not doing anything". Right.

Also if me voting for myself is risky for the people of the town and can only help the mafia, why in the world are you voting for me?

 

I already said I would rather get rid of someone that is purposefully ruining the chances for the townies than accidentally vote off a townie because of speculation when they don't deserve it. If you're voting for yourself, you deserve to be gotten rid of no matter what side you're on.

I am really glad you are going to cleanse this game of horrible people like me who don't deserve to play it. I play differently than you, that doesn't make it wrong. I am using a strategy, if you don't like it, fine by me. But don't go preaching about how I don't deserve to be here.

 

Right now, I don't think you voting for yourself is completely necessary. Your original intentions do not seem to be working to your benefit. At the same time, I don't think hyuge should just pull out the "off everyone who votes for themselves because they are wasting our time" idea. He had a reason for it, and it hasn't worked out for him. I do feel like he should withdraw his vote, but I don't think hyuge should just kill off everyone who votes for themselves.

Because honestly, the more and more hyuge argues this case, the more and more I'm thinking about voting for her.

 

My intent was not to preach. It only became that way because you were repeatedly asking me the same question. Why Me? Along with getting on my case for voting for you. Every one of your posts has only made me more glad for voting for you. If you end up being a townie after all, then oops I guess; but if you're mafia good riddance. I still have a list of other people I would gladly vote for, but currently this feels like the best option.

That would be a waste of a vote.

The thing is, I think I've pretty much been deemed innocent at this point. I never try to make people follow my opinion or die, and with the odds Jiku posted, I posted enough possible suspects for us to have a chance at hitting a mafia and fulfill the goals proposed by myself, Hyuge, and Below. Very talkative players.

...However, I think right now I'm going to make a stand.

This has been a long time coming. And we chose to vote off TB instead of Tale because, well, he voted for himself. What did we see after that? No results, and a player who not only went inactive- but didn't really aid us anywhere. It's time we don't repeat our own history and take a risk.

 

Since you have such a huge problem with me voting for myself, you should have no problem at all with me voting for you. After all, you must be innocent and I am sure nobody will follow my lead. I got all I needed from me voting for myself, after all I did say it was merely a strategy.

Fine by me. The only person that can make a decision for you is you. However, I have no intents to change my vote and like I told Cstar, voting for me is a waste of a vote.

 

I implore you to change your vote. Not only is Tale_wind inactive, but at the beginning you had your suspicions too. With this kind of mixed poll, we'll never get a lynch in. Unity is what we need.
