I dunno, I think that's unfair. You should be able to play however you want. I think you have every right to be as aggressive or passive as anyone else.

Two last pieces of strategy for now:

Wagons: When a wagon forms on someone, especially a fast or end-of-day wagon, chances are some of the people on it are mafia. Look for the people with the weakest reasons or who are just sheeping (agreeing with) others' cases on them. Likewise, as town, it is best to form ideas for yourself by reading the person's posts. If you find yourself agreeing with the cases of others without actually reading over the target's posts, you may be sheep to the slaughter.

Reads: Try to figure out what role you think everyone is to the best of your ability. Focus on getting the people you think are scum to give info. Sometimes this means the people who don't say much: sitting back and letting you wallow in content on other players is an effective scum tactic. Don't let them fool you into focusing on active towns instead. When forming and confirming reads, ask pointed questions like who they think is mafia. If you have tunnel vision on only one target, you are shooting yourself in the foot. Should they flip town, you will have to start over from scratch with a newfound doubt in your reading ability. I use my three top scum reads as a top of the head list and vote my highest read. This way I am one step ahead whether I am right or wrong about my first target.

not really i'm kinda weary of trig but other than that not really no one's really exhibiting suspicious behavior as of yet imo

 

Wagons cont.: It's often best to use that logic retroactively after someone is mislynched, after you know that they are town. That way you know some of the sheep are mafia. If the person you killed actually is mafia, then the last minute sheep are very suspicious; possibly mafia trying to save face by killing a scum buddy they know is going down anyway. This type of reasoning makes up a lot of the cases late game.

In other words, keep track of voting records.
