Mafia [Mafia] Miami Haze ~ GAME OVER (MAFIA WINS)

So let me get this straight, people are still very suspicious of Makaze, but instead we are all unvoting him to target some floaters who are for the most part staying silent.

If someone is trying to slide through they aren't exactly controlling the way the vote swings, if people think that one of the top contributors of the thread is mafia. Vote them out.

 

The way I see it is that Mazake is going to die soon regardless if he is town or not. Either the mafia kills him off for being too much of a problem, or the town kills him off due to suspicious and the fact that the mafia hasn't voted him off yet.

So far the low posters seem to be under pressure correct? I'd think that those of the mafia would at least try and attempt to begin to post more in order to try and ease off suspicion from them. I would assume that the mafia would at least try and probably have some form of game plan for the day. Just sitting around saying nothing doesn't help and they need to do it in a way that they act together without it looking like they are.

I feel its too early to fully narrow down on some mafia so for now I am just going off a hunch

Low: hayabusa his erratic posting which generally has little to no substance doesn't sit right with me, and the fact that his activity has spiked only because of him being prompted.

I think the rationale behind the change is that people are realizing they need as much info as they can get, and they aren't getting it by sitting on my lynch.

 

Anyone have a lynch status on the votes? @ars nvoa an update would be grand, my head is fried trying to do it.

Well, I'm pretty freaked. Um, I already said my main reason for voting for Mak was because of his play-style coming across as mafia-like and that I'd be down to change my vote towards a quieter member, but I havent even looked at the thread since then, so I never changed my vote. Also, Princess had a lot of the same reasoning for voting for Mak, so I'm not sure why he isn't being scrutinized as well, aside for the fact that I've been a bit more vocal about it, plus there were other members to vote for Mak, so I'm not the only one with insecure feelings about him.

Regardless, I'm changing my vote because I said I would.

According to that default has voted twice (for both Hayabusa and Makaze). Also what happens if at the end of the day multiple people are on soft lynch?

And due to him being in virtually everyone's most suspitious, I'm really tempted to vote Hayabusa but since he's in everyone's that will include some mafia which I don't know what to make of. Hmmm...

I don't like this much at all, it seems as if multiple people are being set up with a semi-even amount of votes so things can be changed last minute. Perhaps i am being paranoid but can you blame me?

We need a lynch target of some kind. I think people are exaggerating the danger, though. We only need one more for default to get a soft lynch.

@Midnight Star: If they both have a soft lynch, the one with the most votes dies. If they have the same amount, no consensus is reached and there is a No Lynch. I think.

 

Really? I guessed the first bit but I wasn't expecting the no lynch thing, I'd like confirmation on this.

Just been thinking, if you were lynched or killed then regardless of what role you turned out to be, it would actually benefit the town. There's been so many people who have either had it out for you or have defended you, that with the knowledge of your alignment would give us an awful lot to analyse afterwards. I'm glad we didn't just lynch you straight away as the extra stuff you've said today has been helpful and if you die it gives more to look back on. I can't comment on that since I don't want to die, but you're not wrong.

 

To add to that the lynch is our greatest weapon. As much as I agree that I dislike people being inactive and avoiding suspicion but with the number of them there is probably more Town members in their ranks than Mafia and we gain no extra information by killing them as they haven't really been inactive. Chances are they haven't voiced their opinions and been set up on. When somebody is killed and their alignment revealed, it puts a price on their words. If they are town we can look back at their suspicions knowing that they weren't trying to mislead us, likewise if they are Mafia their words take on a different meaning. If they are thrown the person pushing to get them lynched comes under suspicion as well as the people quick to agree with them. If they are Mafia, looking at who they decided to defend could be interesting.
