2 things make this style you're using terrible

    1. No light source, there's 1 billion little lights everywhere and it takes away from depth as well as the focal. It really just makes your sig look like a mess.

    2. No unification of color, it's all so disorganized and there's so many contradicting colors that again, it makes it one big mess.

What's sad is I know you can do so much better then this, it just seems as though you're being lazy with this style, or maybe you're putting in a lot of effort and you just have no idea how to use it.

Either way, bad sig. I'd suggest moving on to something different asap.

Nice! I like how both his eye colors are different. Makes it feel like he has two personalities within him. Awesome job!

But there's a lot of distractions like the lights all around him and it's too much. @_@ Please lessen it and then it would look much more better.

The red eyes are the thing that can't make me turn away. The background is amazing. Great job.

Try adding a black and white gradient, then apply image, and add like a 100px soft brush light source coming from top left of his head.

The color distractes the eye(our eyes, that is) before you actually realize the person there. But i like the red eye effect, copuled with the other blue eye. Overall, nice job!
