i wouldn't subscribe to it because there's too much **** i don't care about, but free stuff every month for a year seems alright

well yeah, i mean paying for it.
paying for a bunch of random little things that i might not care about when i could use that money for something i actually do care about and is worthwhile makes no sense to me. the only way it makes sense to me is if you have bags of money laying around and just need some way to get rid of them. but free stuff is cool

Because it's still ridiculously cheap for what stuff you do get, compared to buying like, less than five of most of the individual products. You could even just give the stuff you don't like to friends who do, and keep the stuff you like.

not paying money is more cheap than paying money

and you don't know what you're going to get or if it's something you care about
    it's $15, right?
why would I pay $15 for a bunch of little things that I might not even like when I could buy up to like 7 comics, a tpb, a blu ray, a cheaper game, a cd, or something else that I actually want or matters to me. that's just my logic. You don't have to agree and I'm not saying that people who buy it are making a bad decision, but for my money, it's not something I would ever buy.

I'm not even subscribing to Loot Crate, mind you, but it's a good value for what you get if your tastes are broad enough. Yes, you can save up for other specific items you want, nobody's arguing against that.

Also, some people (not me) don't have to worry about S15 a month ._.

as someone who already pays like $25 monthly in subscriptions to things i really don't wanna add another $15 to that. especially when i might get a crate full of transformers or minecraft. best case scenario you sell that **** on ebay.

    meh

I'm one of those people that actually would subscribe to something like this. I'm into grab bags and stuff because I like the idea of a themed surprise where you don't know what's inside and whenever I see one I'm usually suckered in.

My problem with loot crate is that while there's a lot of neat stuff in it, I'm not sure if it really does end up being worth the money. I've seen plenty of the stuff in loot crate for much cheaper (or even sometimes free) at conventions and sometimes at otaku shops.

I do like some of the t-shirts loot crate has given out in the past but dammit I don't make an income and I'm not going to be able to scrape up 15 dollars a month.

I signed up for the contest, but I don't think I'd pay for it on a regular basis. Like Below said, I might just get a bunch of stuff I don't even like.

I'm kicking myself for missing the TMNT box though.
