Question Looking for a tutorial

Dose anyone know if there's any tutorials for Photoshp Elements? It doesn't have all the same tools and effects as the regular CS versions.

 

Elements honestly isn't a very good options for signature making. It lacks the key features used. Even Gimp might be better in some areas.

I know, i originally got it for drawing/coloring and photo edtiting. I don't have the money to get anything else :/

 

GIMP is free.
