Long Distance Dating?

I'm not really sure of the subject.
I just think if you love eachother enough, you can keep it strong. But, knowing that he/she could be making-out with someone random and you never being told, irritates me.
But, there is loyalty, and some people know what that is. And some people don't. So what do you think?

 

i dont really think it can survive really. The stress of not seeing the person plus the worry of cheating could really get to someone

 

I thought so as well. But the loyalty, and talking to them could keep it going. Even talking on the phone keeps it flowing. I mean, I think I could've had a chance with my ex-boyfriend if we just stayed in touch, and not fight over Myspace on why we don't talk anymore. And now, he talks to one of my best friends, witch I think he likes. But whatever. I'm on to bigger and better things.

The guy I love lives in Illinios and our bond is strong. Even if there is someone else, I dont wanna know. I dont worry about stuff like that, it's pointless.

 

I'd avoid online dating at all costs. Meeting via the internet is fine with me, but in my opinion, you can't really know someone until you've seen them in real life, let alone love them. There's no trust -- they could be a pedophile, or someone just looking to screw with your feelings, and they could be with someone else.

As for dating someone that recently moved away and making it a long distance relationship, it'd obviously be hard, but it can be done. if the person really means a lot to you, you shouldn't have to be separated by a move.

I think it depends on how much you care for eachother and if the feelings are truely love.

 

I think 98.5% of the time it fails (random estimate). So I think it's a no-no. Not many people have the commitment needed to help their relationships survive in a long distance situation.

I guess it would really depend on the people.Long distance relationships can work but then again they can't.To tell you the truth I wouldn't go for it.I wouldn't do a long distance relationship with someone.My brother is in a long distance relationship and so far its working out.It would really depend on how committed you are to go far enough to have a long distance relationship with someone.​

Dating somebody you met online= Really really bad idea

Trying to maintain a relationship with somebody known for weeks= probly not

going to last to long


Trying to maintain a relationship that's been going on for years= If you both

love each and are committed to the relationship; you'll make it work

I would say no because personally for me i have to baa able to see the person or it will drive me crazy but use your on opinion that just how it is for me

 

I never thought it was such a good idea. You lose the connection of true love.
