A boy with brown hair with the hair style thats long but up and spikey (like soras). Can you give him soras outfit as best you can or if you cant just shorts and t-shirt

Okay, I will give a request a go.

First off, can you give it a boarder like in your sigs? It doesn't need to be real flashy, I just dislike the edges to be raw.

I would like it to have a yellow background with a lot of Pikachus in different poses obscuring the yellow background (they should be slightly faded/trasparent) then a pikachu more in focus in the middle or to the left. On the right, I would like my name in red.
