I've beaten that on Realistic in less than 100 days. It was HELL.

Hint: Mads will own you so hard. It will make you cry. Also, this game is also completely about luck. Yep.

 

i have too, it's not that hard. I played for like 2 hours today xD and the best way to beat it, is to let it spread first, but not put deathly symptoms, until the very end when all the regions have been infected... Then when they want to form the vaccine, just go and put on the Drug Resistance, and it'll take like 1,000 days for them to come up with it...
