So I was reading an article about how Gov. Jan Brewer endorsed President Obama. Shocking, right? Not the point. I'm sure there's some other thing going on, but the article ended in "What made her do it? Was it Satan?" Then I saw this in the comment section: Made my day. #easilyamused yes, I used a hashtag.
what she said was a gaffe but those facebook comment posts by "famous" figures are always funny like jesus, harry potter, star wars characters, etc.
I figured it was some sort of error. But it seems like she meant to say "Governor Romney is elected, which I hope he is" instead of "President Obama is elected, which I hope he is;" not only are those phrases not similar at all, but she just said "Governor Romney" in the previous sentence. I guess it was just a Freudian slip. Also, can't tell if the reporter didn't notice and went on, or just chose not to correct her (it did seem like he was short on time and still had one more question). And I agree on the fictional characters' Facebook. I remembering seeing a picture of a field COVERED in THOUSANDS of spider and spider web and someone commented "I bet it was Spider-Man." A few minutes later "Spider-Man" responded "Don't drag me into this." lol
