okay i just got the game and im not so happy with it. the gameplay is pretty solid but the controls take some getting use to. what do you think?
I bloody love the thing, it enforces creativity and the ability to think of things you wouldn't expect to get 100%. The controls are a little tricky at first. And the nice touch of Stephen Fry talking was perfect. You have to search every nook and cranny of the story mode levels though and that can be frustraiting.
I regret purchasing it because although it's one of my favorite games, the community didn't live up to my expectations. There are so many **** levels and not any good ones that it's hard to find those hidden creations that are simply amazing like Azure Palace. The only other time I played it since release was when the MGS pack came out which was great for a few hours. It is a great party game to play with a bunch of friends though
would you guys recommend this game? i was considering getting this game as well after hearing good (and some bad things too btw) things about this game.
I really want to play this game but sadly I don't have a PS3 >.> When I finally get one, this game and GTA4 will be the first ones I buy.
Oh man just give it time!! That game is sooo effin fun! I love playing it with my GF and hitting her with a frying pan while on the skateboard and watching her fly off Rofl-Copter!!!!
I absolutely love LBP, in fact I've been playing it since it came out. I managed to get every trophy for it except for the create a level trophies because I've been too busy playing my friends and other exceptional community levels, which is generally all I play online. I wouldn't wish trying to achieve the Play trophy on anyone, god trying to Ace the Bunker and Boom Town's last section really pissed me off and don't even get me started on the race in the Magicians Palace where you have jump two levels of small platforms twice while being timed :/
