"You sure Cory? You don't have to, I mean it's only once a year. And it's not like we have to pay for your food and stuff for the rest of the year." Casey asked, he often felt gulity about not being able to afford everything. The Malfoy's were meant to be rich, but the family fortune hadn't gotten to him yet and he was too proud to ask his parents for money.

 

"Yeah Im sure....that way the twins and Immy can get better stuff too."he said"I dont mind, Im sixteen now...almost a adult....I'm better off doing things for myself and speaking of being an adult....mum...remeber we agreed that if I did good in my OWL's you'd let me go to that party Scottie was having before we went ba-"

"Oh I dont know Cory....I still think your a little young for things like that..."

"Please? Please? Please...please please Mum....I'll even taken...Jamei or someone with me..and I promise that If there's Alcohol there -and there probably will be - I wont drink too much.....Please?"

"Okay....Okay You can go..."

 

"You come home drunk you're sleeping on the front lawn." Casey said warningly.

 

He grinned,"that actually sounds fun."

"we'll be sure to lock the door then.."Lyra smiled


"Naw,I'll just stay at Scottie's...his Mum loves me."

 

"I can't imagine why." Casey said, half-jokingly, as he raised an eyebrow.

 

"Im a loveable person.."he Laughed

"Cory...whoever told you that is a liar....no one likes...or even loves you."Mickey laughed

Cory glared at his younger brother who was fast over taking him in the height department,gonefor a few weeks,an so much changes,Mickey was taller,more tanned,possibly more stupid and...how could a 14-year-old look so muscular"Is he on steriods or something?"

 

"I ask myself that question every day." Casey said, looking Mickey up and down. "God knows it isn't genetic, well, there's your Uncle Ben. But I think he works out a lot, an awful lot. He was a weedy bast*rd when he was fourteen."

 

"Im gonna tell him you said that"Mickey grinned

"Its not...natural, not...Normal for someone his age to be like that..."


"who said anything about Him being Normal?"Maddie asked flicking her hair over her shoulder,giving her twin dark looks

 

"He knows I think he spends his life in the gym, I tell him often enough." Casey chuckled.

"Ok Cory.....just...let us Know when you'll be home tomorrow ok?"Lyra sighed


Mickey laughed "Are you gonna yell at him tomorrow?Obviously he's drunk...he never comes home when he's drunk....he's afraid of you and dad..."


"He should be...he's sixteen..."she muttered clicking the phone off


"Oh my god...Im in so much f*cking trouble tomorrow...I could tell by her voice."Cory giggled leaning against the wall,a hand on the arm of the chair for support.

 

"You can't exactly talk about drinking at a young age Lyra." Casey said, his voice slightly muffled. He had a book covering his face, the same book that he'd been struggling to read for the last few months.

"Well if you will get drunk." Jamei giggled, she found great enjoyment in watching people who were drunk. It was more fun then being drunk for her, seeing as she wouldn't end up spewing whatever was left of her previous meals everywhere a couple of hours later.

 

I know...I know"she sighed

He grinned" You'd probably get in trouble too...you know what Alex is like..."

 

"He'll be fine." He said, Casey's voice slowly getting un-muffled as he picked the book up again. For a moment he struggled to focus his hands as he fought back sleep to read it.

"Alex will be fine, I'm not drunk." She grinned. "Maybe a little tipsy at a push."

 

"Ah but the night is still young"he joked

"Yeah."she nodded

 

"I don't drink much, you know that." Jamei giggled, brushing her hair out of her face.

 

"True"he said sitting up on the kitchen counter

 

"So, yeah, I'm not getting drunk." Jamei nodded.
