Implying the President of the United States would visit a Kingdom Hearts forum. Much less KHV.

...Not sure whether to laugh or weep for the future of the human race.

Okay, I didn't play DmC. I don't care for it. I didn't play it because I felt the Dante in it struck the wrong cord with me. I prefer the old Dante over the new one after watching a few cutscene of the new Dante. But seriously? Seriously? I can get people being upset about the reboot and calling betrayal but this is freakin' stupid. How sad and pathetic is someone's life if they feel the need to basicly ask argubly the most important man in the country to band one game? These guys... these guys are nothing but a two-bit, spoiled waste of intelligence. They offer nothing to gamers, or the world in general. They sit around all day complaining about a game they haven't played and then expect the fucking president to ban it? What are they doing with their lives? Don't they want to get a girlfriend and maybe learn something new? They are tomorrow's America, people. Disgraceful. Is this the future of this once-great country?

I personally can't wait for the sarcastic White House response on this one. The Death Star response may have been simple, but it was golden none the less.

It' s already been taken down. The death star thing was funny, this is just pathetic.
And btw, there is one thing the death star petition actually achieved : the number of signatures required for the white house to consider a request has been quadrupled.

It's true in that article. Gamers shouldn't be acting so childish and seperated when constantly we're threatened by greater enforced laws in the market. If we demonise games ourselves, what kind of message does that send about games and gamer's opinions? On a wider scale i'm sure this type of thing would damn us if enough people signed, and they'd help doom games to greater restrictions.

What I find most amusing is that this is by no means a terrible game as shown by the amount of professional and even independent reviews or the amount of actual disgraceful cash in games that you can compare this to. It's mind boggling that it's only 'DMC fans' hate this game enough to warrant spiting bile at it.

Lawsuits and petitions, the way American citizens can make their self entitlements into criminal events.

    ^ Agreed.

Gamers are not going to leave the old stereotypes if we keep on acting like this every time something happens we don't agree with. We abuse a woman because she dares say that there may be some sexism in the industry. We mega ***** about the ending of a game to the point we demand the developers to change the game. Then you have stuff like this which is making our hole even deeper.

Obama, I don't like rap music. I demand you pull every album from every artist off of every shelf in America. As a music listener, I feel it violates my right to listen to other music.

Mr. President, I request that all deodorant be removed from the shelves, as I believe it violates my right to smell like a sack of ****.
