"Fine, I'll be more polite." she retorted to Sartre, "How's this, just because I have to know before you die, do you know the Sole's?" she set off a huge blast of light, pushing all the corpes's away, for the moment anyway. Then she looked straight at him and calmly walked towards him.

 

"Yes, as a matter of fact I do...why would you care?"

Aiko began searching for Haratsu, but kept a wary eye for Toshiro and Serifina.

 

"Hm, I'll discuss it if you tell the dead guys to stop attacking me." Serifina responded, kicking a dead person behind her. "Sounds fair right?"

 

"Not even fair. How's about this." Sartre chanted. A dead guy wrapped his arm around her neck, another grabbed her arms, and another tied her legs. "Now, we'll talk, if you make a wrong move, the men will shred you to pieces. What is it you want??"

Aiko gave up searching for Haratsu and began walking back.

Haratsu took out his map.

 

Serfina frowned, "I suppose I have no other option. Fine." she looked at him cooly, "I want to know how you know them, that's all. You looked creepily familar, so I guessed you knew them." she couldn't stop a small smile form crossing her lips. That'll confuse him. Well good. I mean a dead guy is holding me, the least he can do is be confused.

 

Sartre thought for a moment. "I know them because they are related to me, though I have taken on my father's last name. My step-mother was Hirakaniea Sole. My real mother died from an illness. My father was Biradelo Vierasre. Anything else you need to know before you die?"

Aiko saw Haratsu on a nearby tree, he was reading a map. "Lost already?" Aiko said as she began to punch Haratsu for leaving.

"ACK!!" Haratsu tried to dodge, but he fell out of the tree headfirst and landed on his head.

 

Kain was walking along the road, looking tired. "Wow. First day of school and the place gets burned down.... My parents would freak if they were here..."

He stopped moving and put his cane-sword over his shoulder. He could hear yelling, hitting and the sound of someone hitting the ground. He signed and wiped his forehead with his arm. "I'm not going to like this...."

He walked towards where the sounds was coming from and spotted Aiko and a beaten down Haratsu.

He shurgged and figured that he might as well ask. "Is something going on over here?"

 

"Yeah." Serifina said, bitterly, "One more thing. I want to know if you know anything about the eldest son of the Sole's, the dead one." she could feel tears wanting to come out but she held her face blank and her eyes dry.

 

OOC: YAYS!! ur here!!

BIC:

Aiko looked at Kain. "Yes, I'm battling an a******, and Serifina over there is battling a complete stranger. Want to join the battle?" Aiko chuckled.

"Let go of me......" Haratsu pleaded.

"Nope."


"Now that you mention it.....I do remember that boy. That boy a weak one, he was. I wasn't surprised myself when his parents killed him. It was probably for the better. Is there anything else you would like to know?" Sartre said calmly.

 

"He was not weak!" Serifina burst out, hate etched on her face. She winced at her outburst and tried to calm down, "I, I wanted to know what you knew about the murder but on second thought, I don't care anymore what you know. I want you know that if that evil woman, Hirakaniea Sole, is your step mother, than I am your step sister, so go to hell with the rest of them!"

 

Kain scratched the back of his head and laughed a bit nervously. "Um.....no thanks?"

He tapped his cane on the ground a couple of times and looked at Aiko again. "So, what brings you this far out in the woods?", he asked her.

OOC: I'm off!!! It was sooner though becauseigot awards from school and my parents will buy me anything i wanted....i just wanted my comp back and they said YES!!! FINALLY!!!MUAHAHAHA.....now....where'd we leave off?? Oh yeah.......

Aiko looked at Kain, "I'm trying to get rid of a nuisance, that has pissed me off for the last few years. Serifina over there, is probably in a family argument or something......i dunno..."

Haratsu muttered something.

"What was that?"

"N-nothing,i was just talking to my-"

Aiko punched Haratsu hard in the ribs. "If you say one more word..." Aiko tightened her fists.

Haratsu quivered.


Sartre glared at Haratsu before answering Serifina's question. 'Why am I partners with this idiot...not even a clumsy oaf would be his partner.' Sartre sighed. He turned towards Serifina, "Yes, she was my stepmother...and no, i won't leave the mortal realms, there's a lot of chaos left to do. " He chuckled. He whispered a word to the unded. One of them tightened his grip on her neck, nearly suffocating her.

 

OOC: welcome back! :D

BIC: Serifina just closed her eyes and waited, she couldn't move. She knew she should have just shut up but she hadn't talked about her family that way in forever and this guy, this idiot was a stepbrother, just great.

 

Aiko was wondering what to do with Haratsu. "What should I do with you??"

"You can go out with me." Haratsu said

Aiko glared at Haratsu. "WHAT??!!" She punched him. "I'm already taken anyways..."

Haratsu lost his breath and wheezed. He then rolled his eyes. "Isn't he -" Haratsu slammed into a tree after Aiko punched him.

"If you say his name again...I'm going to rip you to shreds!!!" She ran towards Haratsu and began punching, socking, and kicking him.


Sartre just chuckled at the sight of Haratsu getting beaten by a girl. 'I've always known he was a weakling, but this is ridiculous!!' Sartre asked Serifina, "Why are you quiet all of a sudden?" He said a few words and the dead men released Serifina. "Know, what would you like to do? Do you want to kill me, or should I kill you first?" He laughed maniacally.

 

A wicked smile suddenly warped Serifina's face, "I'd like you to kill yourself." she said simply, knocking all the dead guys off their feet so they wouldn't grab her again, "Or you can die in space, your choice. Either way..." she shrugged, "Either way, I won't kill you..." she realized what she said was true. The anger had ebbed from her and she knew she was no longer capable of murdering him. Not for now anyway.

 

Sartre grinned. "Why aren't you going to kill me? Am I the last surviving relative or what?" He waited for Serifina's response.

Aiko was still punching Haratsu.

Haratsu is still trying to dodge her attacks.

 

Serifina burst out laughing, "As if I care! And if you were I'd want you dead all the more. I won't kill you because, well anyway, I think we're being rather silly, both of us." she covered up, No way am I admitting I can't murder out of lack of guts or anger or whatever. "Why don't we do something useful, like you telling me what the hell is going on, why did you guys come here and why are you guys trying to kill us?" Since no one else will tell me anything, maybe I can get it out of, him.

 

Aiko was still fighting Haratsu.

Haratsu was still struggling.

Sartre thought for a moment. "Well, since your going to die,I might as well tell you the facts. First of all, all of us were sent on a mission...but for different people and reasons. Aiko-chan, as you can see, was sent by her leader. He's known as the 'Black Serpent' for severalof his characteristics. He's mean, sneaky, his shock tactics, and his unforseen attacks, but Aiko is his most prized Synapid, she is able to dodge a lot of fast attacks and she has quick reflexes, almost like a cat. Aiko is on a mission sent out from BS to protect Synapids, like you. Synapids are people who aren't quite...normal. You have these 'gifts'. Haratsu and I, are on a mission sent from the goverment to eliminate such people. We have killed countless numbers of Synapids. According to our boss, there are an estimate of about 300 synapids left. I think that is qite enough information. " Sartre took out his garnet-hilted sword. He swung the sword toward Serifina. "Now you DIE!!"

Aiko turned around. She came in between Serifina and Sartre just in time to stop the sword from penetrating Serifina. She held the sword between her sais. "S-serifina....go....I-I'll distract t-them."

Haratsu took out his pistol. He aimed at Aiko. He fired. 'Gotcha now...I just wanted to get you off guard.........how can you be that stupid...."
