Limitless Wandering

"Akio! No, he's with us!" Serifiina yelled, catching Akio's hand before she could hit Sartre. "Calm down, we have to fight Haratsu before we discuss it."

 

Aiko stared at Serifina "What do you mean he's with us??!! And where's Haratsu, I'm going to tell him his girlfriend tried to kill me, again."

Sartre stared at Aiko. "What do you mean his girlfriend??"

"Not now..."

Haratsu pointed the gun towards Aiko. 'Are you watching Syra, this is for you..."

 

"Akio move!" Serifina shoved Akio out of the way when she saw the gun pointed at her. Hells! she heard the bullet fire and didn't have time to send it back at him, he was too close.

 

Aiko mumbled a chant. A large stem came in between the bullet and Serifina. It grabbed the bulltet and hurled it towards where he was hiding.


Sartre barely had anytime to react.

Haratsu swore. He aimed again towards Serifina, but she was being protected by an shield made of Tungsten.

"You okay Serifina? He almost got you..." Aiko asked shuddering.

 

"I'm fine." Serfina muttered, straightening up. "He's just getting back at me for throwing trees at him and making him miss hitting you."

 

Aiko laughed. "Of course..." She chanted again and sent a stem towards Haratsu. A moment later, the stem hurled Haratsu towards a tree. The force was huge, that it broke the tree in half. "I think he's dead...I dunno."

Sartre stared at the tree. 'These gals dangerous no doubt about that, if they combiine their powers, who knows what they can do...'

Haratsu mumbled something. He was unheard. He decided to play dead, and just rest.

 

Serifina walked over to him, "Let's not be stupid and assume anything." She said, kicking his side, "He looks dead but... anyone can play that if they want. " she rested her sword at his chest, putting a little pressure.

 

Haratsu began to bleed. But he stayed still, he ignored the increasing pain in his chest. 'That HURTS...but i gotta stay still...'

Aiko looked at Haratsu. "I think he's breathing...Oh wait nevermind."

Sartre stared at Haratsu. He didn't want his friend killed, but if he helped him, he would betray them.

 

Serifina knew she shouldn't hesitate but she couldn't help it, she didn't want to murder this guy. She sighed and lifted her sword to slice the space infront of her. "I told you you'd have to see what happens next, so here it is, space good?" she mumbled to herself and to him.

 

Aiko stared with a puzzled expression. "Who are you talking to and what are you talking about?"

Sartre was also puzzled.

Haratsu remained motionless. 'She's trying to trick me....'

 

Serifina looked at them, "Oh, nothing." she said, lightly kicking Haratsu up towards the tear she had made and letting the space pull at him. "There, done, doesn't matter if he's dead or not, space'll kill him." she stepped away and waited.

 

Haratsu waited for a moment. 'I'm positive it's a trick...'

Sartre waited to see what would happen.

Aiko, being impatient, told Haratsu, "Haratsu,that's enough!" Aiko slapped him."I know you're alive..." She muttered.

 

Serifina smothered a laugh by looking away and biting her lip. They don't get it. she thought, almost glad, but slightly annoyed that they hadn't just let him get sucked into the vacuum of space and die.

 

Haratsu fell off the stump. He rubbed his cheek, "What'd you do that for??!!"

"For being a jacka**..."

Sartre decided to intervene. "Stop bickering both of you, you're all starting to sound like little brats."

Aiko glared at him. "Fine...Serifina, what did you mean when you said that he's with us?!" She jerked her hand towards Sartre.

 

"Just that, we'll help him if his boss tries to murder him and he's not killing people like us anymore." Serifina explained, walking over to the tear in space and closing it. Turning back she looked Sartre in the eye, "Right?" she said, lightly.

 

Sartre smiled "Right."

Aiko stared at him and declared,"I don't trust him...." She crossed her arms and looked away. "You may have tricked Serifina into believing you, but you haven't tricked me."

"I saved your life....."

"To make her believe you...."

Haratsu was resting on the tree, still rubbing his cheek.

 

"Hey! I'm right here Akio." Serfina said, annoyed , "If he decides to betray us, I'll send him to hell. But have so trust, by the Gods...."

 

"Fine, but I'll do the first punch!! Icalled it first!!" Aiko said gleefully.

Sartre sighed.

"So..........ummmm.......we call it truce??" Haratsu muttered towards Aiko.

Aiko stared at Haratsu, " WE NEVER MADE A DEAL!!"

 

Serifina rolled her eyes and sat down on a big rock, "Are you going to stop killing people like us?" she asked in a now bored tone.

 

Sartre smiled. "I said yes, didn't I. I always keep my promises."

"Yeah right..." Haratsu muttered.

"Haratsu, stay out of this." Sartre demanded.

Aiko climbed a tree and took a nap on the highest branch she could find.
