Well, I'm bored and there is no Wayne topic. If you like Wayne or have heard of him and don't come in hearing flaming like a little ***** then you are free to post and discuss. If you come in here with some -Insert Band Here->Wayne **** then don't expect any restraint from me. Wayne is the best rapper alive. His album did better than all your little rock and roll albums. Facts don't lie. Wayne>All. Also, anyone who has never heard his music, here are some links

As I've told you before, record and album sales =/= quality. You can not say someone is good just because they sold well. That only means they're popular. Sometimes popular things suck.

*shrugs* I know you really like Small Wayne though so I will refrain from blasting him. Just had to point that out.

Wayne got rich and popular in two years without making an album. He just got on every good song and made a **** load of mixtapes. Also, he has to be good to have the title of best rapper alive. Now, listen to the songs and don't diss Wayne as I said before. kthnxbai~

Lil' Wayne has been rappin' for longer than 2 years. What took him so long to blow up?

lil Wayne is pretty good. I loved his work on Tha Carter III. My fave song is probably "La La", "Dr. Carter", and "Comfortable." Shoot me down is good too.

    Spam much?

I disagree. If it's popular, it's popular for a reason. And if so many people buy his albums then he must be doing something right.

I agree with you, but that doesn't mean he should be considered the best rapper alive.

By the way, that freestyle on the first post.......is garbage. Sorry man.

He makes some of the best MUSIC out there, but as far as rapping, he's not the best.

O's right though. Sales do not relate to talent. Look at Juelz Santana. Ever see his lyrics? Even the ones with Lil' Wayne on their collab "I Can't Feel My Face". You can honestly say on some songs on it he just murdered Wayne straightout. And he wasn't even known that much. Only due to him being in Dipset and all with Jimmy and Cam'ron. Lil' Wayne is good, I'll admit. But I loved his old stuff. His old freestyles. No one really knows about those things. He rose mainly due to Lollipop and the whole Carter 3. Amazing metaphors and similes I might add though. I didn't like his 106&P freestyle so much but he has other very very nice freestyles. It's all about what he's saying. True rappers don't talk about drugs and one night stands. But he does...and yet he's so famous for it...wtf?

And I disagree with Best Rapper Alive title. He just reached more of the mainstream viewers to gain that title. But in reality, he's not the BEST there is. If you don't believe me google Lupe Fiasco, The Game, Juelz Santana, T.I.

But Lil' Wayne struck like lightning with the sales. Don't get me wrong, Weezy is a beast. Total "raw" talent. I just thought I should put that there.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Carter, It's Me Snitches Remix, 6 Minutes, Top Back freestyle, Upgrade U freestyle. And damn, I just have to repeat some of his lyrics for those who are not yet understood by his magic with words.

"I got summer hatin' on me cuz I'm hotter than the sun,
Got Spring hatin on me cuz I ain't never sprung.
Winter hatin' on me cuz I'm colder than ya'll.
And I will never, I will never, I will never Fall."

I'm fast as lightining, but you ain't Vince Young so don't clash with a Titan. (Only a football fan would understand that one xD)

"I spit like Myer's bones, born in chromers
With that buyer's chromosomes I got somers"
    (sp?)

"How do I look like, if I don't look like money I don't look right."
