I like the effects on the left of him, but I don't really agree with the blue splatter under his arm. Maybe try adding more of a pattern like on the left side onto the right? Overall, it looks very good. Ever think of adding text to it?
Whenever I add text, it tends to ruin the flow on me. I need to look up some text placement tutorials. =P
Light looks too flat. Background looks pretty boring and random. Colors need more contrast. Turn down the lens flare, or lower it. Maybe add some brushes to make his arm look slightly erased, for variety purposes.
It looks awsome to me.But it does have some blurriness in the back.It needs to be just a bit clearer.And that lighting bolt in the background,or whatever it is,maybe you should take it out.
