Life sucks

It is also unhealthy to deny that bad things are happening to you right now if they are.

 

If a person can deal with them then it's not bad. Every person gauges their issues and if they deem them not bad, then there's not much that can be changed about that, they're working on it and dealing with it.

 

If it does not kill you, then you are dealing with it. You can deal with it in bad ways. Like internalizing it and blaming yourself or denying that things need to be better for you.

 

Yes but the way people usually "deal with it" kills them from the inside out. I have a friend at my school who looks on the bright side of things and she has to be one of the happiest people you would ever see but on the inside she is in a living hell. Nobody can tell that just by looking at her but she is in a hopeless state of depression and is very suicidal.

 

Fine, a person is killing themselves dealing with it, but they're dealing with it. Enough said. Life sucks. That's all.

You do understand the reason I posted what I did was not to "win". I was just saying that from my experience that is how things tend to work.
Live however you want. It is your life.

 

In this scenario, they have decided what bad is, but put up with it because they do not believe that things can get better.

It is up to them to decide it.

That's more than what a lot of people can say right now.

You're all still here, which means you value your life in one way or another (even if it is only for others' sake). Life doesn't suck until you lose your reason(s) for valuing it completely, at which point you wouldn't be posting here anymore.

I sell games that I don't like one bit. I delete music I have no love for. I sever ties when they turn too sour for my taste.
I keep the others.
The gameplay may be clunky but the story may be compelling.
The vocals may sound awful but the guitar solo may be outstanding.
My friend may be a jerkass but at least a funny one at that.
They may be full of flaws, but they don't "suck" as long as they serve their function. Life is pretty much the same, really.

 

You know... You are a lucky one, everyone here is. You have friends, family, good school, hygiene, knowledge... a serie of things that so many others doesn't have. Be gratiful and happy with this. You have the life.
You're alive. Experiences that only you have, feelings that only you feel. This life is yours, and yours alone. You can make anything you please. Just fight for it, fight for what you want, never giving up of yours dreams -they are only waiting you reach them.
Even if this isn't for you, make this be for someone else, your parents, for example, work everyday to you have food, house and health. Don't waste it.
What do you want to your life? Be a doctor? Teacher? Maybe lawyer? Anything you want. You have to go, and fight for it. Achieve your goal, get a job, be happy with the persons that you love. Life doesn't sucks, it just have, like the others already said, ups and downs. But get over it. Only you can make life "goes to up". Just don't give up the life, it'll be what you want for it to be.

 

Life has it's ups and downs, but you have to be strong and keep going. That's how I view it. :D
