I refuse to apologize; I cannot have been the only one thinking this. *SHOT*

This will probably be the only time I will say this, but I would like to see that movie if only for the visuals.

The visuals in the trailer looked absolutely stunning, I couldn't tell what it was about though.

It is such a classic book. I'm surprised that they're adapting it into a movie. It came as a real surprise. I'll probably watch the movie. Hopefully it will be up to par with the book

To be honest...I didn't like this book. I'm not sure why, it just...came off as boring to me.

And lol at them comparing it to Avatar, as if that movie had any substance of its own.

I remember getting turned off after some critic compared it to James Cameron's Avatar of all things.

But hopefully I won't judge a book or movie by its cover, so I'll just have to see when it comes out.

Bengal tiger. Injured zebra. Spotted hyena. Orangutan. Long ago in the Pondicherry Zoo, the four animals lived together in harmony. Then everything changed when on their post-wreck lifeboat the spotted hyena attacked. Only Pi's father, master of the zoo, could stop the animals' attacks, but when the boat flooded and Pi was left adrift, he vanished. A number of weeks later, Pi discovered the new master - a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker. Richard Parker still has a long way to go before he can respect Pi as the alpha animal on the lifeboat, but Pi believes that together they can rescue themselves.
