I hate how it looks so pixel-y. Fix it. :/

And the bright green is too much, IMO.

Tone it waaaaaay down.

Turn down the contrast too, and bring out more color.

 

Tone down the sharpness, and the pixely-ness is wierd. Also tone down the green on his face.

Fix the pixel-yness means tone down the sharpness.

I hate how it's in the dead center. Move it a bit to the right or to the left. The green lighting isn't hawt, try making it lighter where it's more of a white. It also needs moe depth because the over sharpening makes it look flat.
