Exactly. People are going to sit here and criticize a 14/15 year old kid. At that stage everyone should know that a kid's voice is changing, especially for a boy. The reason they did this was to prove a point. They would say he's "gay" because of his voice. And what if they were right? Does that mean he's a bad person or a terrible singer because he may be "gay"?

I could go on forever about this. It's just so immature. It eats at me.

People we like have talent. People we don't like don't have talent.

At least that's what i've seen on the internet always seem to say.

It's because everyone feels entitled to an opinion, even when they have none of the requisite knowledge or experience to make an unbiased or at least halfway rational judgment.

    Seems that way, yeah.

As much as I hate Justin Beiber, the boy undeniably has some talent, cause I can admit he can dance better than me (though singing, I think I got that down). However, to me, talent doesn't matter if you're just doing the same ol' tween-pop-love BS that so many other artists have done.

    Tt.

It appears the minimum word length restriction is no longer in function? What a relief. Digressively, this woman vaguely reminds me of Amaury. Take that as you will.

Really? Pointless. News flash. All of spam zone is. What did you expect? It's actually not as pointless as saying "oh hi everybodddddddy. blah, blah, blah!"

The whole "Spam zone so nothing needs to make sense" excuse is getting really old and annoying now.

Talent is usually innate and natural. But still, talent can be improved by training and gaining knowledge on it.

Talent is subjective to a level that is needed to satisfy.

Technically everyone has a talent by that thought.

    Again, very nicely said.

He has a girlfriend, but even if he were gay or bi, who cares? Just because someone is a celebrity doesn't mean they aren't human. They eat, they go to the bathroom, they have sex, they have a sexuality, etc. They're human beings just like us that just happened to pick up a famous career, such as singing.

If people were seriously calling him gay because of his voice at that time, they need a reality check.

Speaking of voices, I've been curious about this for the longest time. Why are voice changes more noticeable in males? For example, if you follow a series along, such as Wizards of Waverly Place when it first started a long time ago, you'll notice how Jake sounded different in each season, since I believe when that started, he wasn't a teenager yet. He was also the youngest, too.

Pretty damn obvious: males go through a largely noticeable change in vocal pitch as we mature compared to females. I know for sure 10 year old me sounded nothing like 16 year old me, and my voice is still getting noticeably deeper now that I'm nearly 20.

This. It's mostly 'cause of the Adam's Apple, which alters the size of the throat/how much air passes through iirc (likely wrong). Don't see too many ladies walking around with them.

If there are, it's probably Kitty. Girl's got muscles far as the eye can see.

That explains why my voice got so deep so quickly, cause I apparently have a large Adam's Apple (least my friends ridicule me about it...)

I'm going to go back in time and rename testicles to Adam's Apples. Makes more sense to me.

Actually that's a myth. Women can have large Adam's Apples as well. I personally barely have one, thick neck and all.

    So not always truth there.
