I'd shoot to wound him. I don't think I could kill anyone except if I'd really, really have to.

 

There's no need to shoot. There are lots of ways to take care of him, the most common is the street style

But I'd Shoot to Wound, run away, and explain the situation to the police if they're near. If not, Wound, run, call police, and THEN explain. But if I'm cornered then I wouldn't have much choice but to kill if he got up after the wound.

 

Shoot to wound so that way when the police come you can call self-defense. If you kill him it's murder on you and you're screwed since he's dead and you're the one with the gun. Goddamn, none of you people ever bother to think about things. Can't shoot to kill because you don't have the balls? Fuck that, don't shoot to kill so you don't go to jail.

 

Well if it came down to it, I would shoot to wound in the foot for I wouldn't want to be charged for killing another person even if it was in defense. Then get the hell away from that person before he or she could come after me and tell someone I could trust.

I'd shoot him in the leg to wound him and get then I'd get the hell out of there before he could retaliate.

I wouldn't shoot to wound. I wouldn't shoot the gun at all.
If I actually put myself in that situation, I would probably **** my pants and run. I mean, to be honest. I've only been a slight situation like that before, and I wasn't near the gun the man had. It was very terrifying, to have seen a man have such power, and take a life with his own hands.
I couldn't do such a thing. I would probably let the guy have me before I would even approach the trigger.

 

I would shoot to kill. I know it sounds harsh and it would be painful to do, but even when shot in the leg and crippled on the floor he can still use his gun. Besides, odds are he has attacked people before and sending him to jail wont stop him, he could get out, either on bail or early release and do it all over again.

 

Shoot him in his knees, then his weapon arm, then run.

Hope to god he doesn't sue (it's possible, but not likely).

 

Well...I might wound him first if he's that serious and then let athorities take care of him.

 

I'd definatley shoot to wound. He came at me with the intent of hurting me, I'm just defending myself.

 

Well, first I'd try scaring him with the fact that I even have a gun, but if he isn't intimidated and keeps coming at me I'd shoot to wound and contact the police. x__x
