Let Me Just Make Sure I Have This Straight (Death Note Related)

Ok, someone tell me if I'm right. As of the latest dub episode (Justice), the death notes are in the following peoples' possessions.

Siddoh's death note (Light's original death note) - Siddoh
Jealous' death note - Misa
Rem's death note - No idea (Light?) (someone will have to clear this one up for me xD)

Yea I'm a bit confused on who has which death note. Help?

 

Light gave Rem's Death Note to the police, while keeping Misa's touching him so he doesn't forget about the Death Note. That is why they can see Ryuk.

 

DSK,can you answer me this,okay i remember in one episode that light burned one of the death note (i think it was ryuk's)
and ryuk gave sidohs back his,so how can ryuk stay in the world of humans if his death note was burned,or was that just a regular note book

 

There wern't any Death Notes burned.

 

alright,just wondering,casue i remember that episode when light rigged his desk to light on fire and i thought i remember him going to a place out in the woods to see if the death note would burn or not.but thank you for that info

One more question. I just watched the new episode of the dub (Transport), and now that new guy has Misa (Jealous)'s death note. Why does Light still have his memory? Is that explained at some point?

 

I believe that once Rem's Death Note came into the posession of the Task force, Light reclaimed ownership.

 

let me see if i can explain.

there were three death notes (Misa's, light's, and REM"S)

one of them is hidden by task force. (LIght's)
Misa owned hers until she was told to give it up to whats-his-name
REM's was givin to sidoh at th end.

 

That's wrong. Light's was given back to Sidoh, Misa gave hers to Mikami Teru, and Rem's is with the police now.
