"We bumped into each other in town."

 

"So it was pretty much love at first sight then."

"I guess you could say that, mom." Serah said, her face bright red.

 

Alex's face turned deep red.

 

"Your mother and I are going out for a while, so you two can watch the house for us."

"Okay, mom."

 

Alex shyly waved at them as they left.

 

Serah smiled and hung up her hat.

"We don't have a guest room, so I guess you'll be sleeping with me."

 

"Yeah, it does."

 

"I'm gonna go hop in the shower. I need to relax a bit." Serah said before heading to the shower. She turned the water on and got in.

 

Alex wondered what Kaduj meant as the Moon Child.

 

Serah finished her shower and got dressed. She walked back out.

"Something on your mind?"

 

"That weird guy say that the Moon Child was among us. Who is the Moon Child?"

 

"I've got no clue. Maybe Kyo might know something. I'll take you to see him tomorrow."

 

"Kyo and Miko seems to know a lot.

 

"They've been alive for a long time."

 

"What?! Why?"

 

"They said that the gods gave them immortality to watch over the Sindori."

 

Kyo walked into the room in his wolf form and sniffed Alex, then barked happily. Alex patted his head.

 

"Speaking of Kyo, there he is."

 

Alex looked surprised as Kyo backed away and changed into his human form. He smiled, "Hello, there, lady Alex."

 

Serah sat down on the couch.
