Are you still in school btw? I'm not sure how old you are. If not what are you doing now?

 

I am (almost) 20 and working at a terrible minimum wage job trying and failing to save enough money for school.

 

That sucks, good luck with it. What do you want to do once you've saved up enough money?

I was fortunate enough to be able to get a student loan here (made up of 2 loans, tuition loan - pays my tuition fees, I don't see this money and a maintenance loan - I receive so much a term too live off). Means I don't have to worry about money while I'm at university but I'll still have an enormous loan to pay off after.

 

I'm shooting for MRI tech. Giant magnets, brains, what more could a girl ask for?

And yeah, that's why I'm saving as much as possible now. If I can save a bunch, my student loan will be waaay smaller when I need to pay it off.

But the snow days. Too many snow days. Lake Erie decided that a full on winter storm every week was necessary. It was fun but we were literally 14 days behind or more. We resorted to staying after school on a few agreed days just to try to kinda catch up ;-;

I thought I had it but then the denominator was 0 so I got frustrated and quit because I'm not attempting to factor those. Not on my week off from school :c

 

Ooh sounds interesting, good luck doing that. I kinda find it funny that MRI machines are actually NMR machines but people (we got told Americans) get scared by the word nuclear. Though admittedly now MRI has come more to be the term relating to the medical ones where NMR is more the ones used in chemistry to identify different unknown substances. They work the same way though, just adapted for the different purposes. Though I'm guessing you're going more for the training to be able to operate them and understand the results you get that learning how they work though you'll probably learn that as well.

Ah yeah, that's probably a wise descision. Admittedly with mine, I don't have to pay it off until I'm earning £21,000 and then it's 9% of any income over that amount, so I figure that by the time I'm paying it off I'll be earning enough to make it worth it.

Probably not understanding the results. It's only a two year program, so the interpretation will probably fall to the doctors and people with Bachelors or Masters or whatnot. But I figure this is a good way to see if I like the field. If I do, I can go in for the aforementioned Bachelors or Masters. If not, well, it was only two years.

 

Well according to what I was recently told, it is sorta dying. But it will live on in the background. This much is nearly guaranteed. Either that or this thread will hit the post limit, and nobody will make a new one.

What if the whole party gets wiped out in one fell swoop? I believe we should do some level grinding before continuing, just to be safe. Lord forbid they take out our white mage.

 

Crap, that's me. Yeah, we need to level grind. I still haven't learned Raise.

 

Well if the Job system is anything like Bravely Default, you'll be allowed the ability to use white magic as any other job. I just hope you're something better than merchant. Like black mage, or monk, or something.

 

With all of the thread-raising I've been doing, I better fricking be the white mage.
