(I'm terrible at debating and you're so going to beat me so please don't be too hard on me)

She knows how to walk, in fact she's pretty damn good at it (see her as Batgirl), however the injury she has sustained prevents her from physically carrying out that knowledge. However, crippled she choose instead of being defeated by it, she used her skills to become one of the most valued people in the DC universe. Oh, and she can still fight better than most able bodied people. (Also I know what I put in my sig was an exaggeration, it is not a claim made by the actual character)

 

yes because sitting at a computer all day is such a credit to the superhero forces.
