Surely being beaten is just proof that you should get your ass in gear and learn more about the game and get better at it in time for Gen VI.

 

Actually it's not even that anymore, I realized. I'm just not used to playing with the Pokémon I have.

 

You have to know every one of your personal Pokémon's strengths and weaknesses, and not just in type. That's all.

 

That is true. The only one I'm actually used to using is Lucario on this team. Hopefully I can do something about that.
