Good evening everyone. What may all of you be up to?

 

Sorry for the delay in replying I had to sleep but anyway I'm good thanks, I've got most stuff sorted so now it's just a nervous wait until results day. Have you started writing your personal statement and have you looked at any Unis?

I know you'll do great at results day and you'll get in and everything will be fabulous! :D What are your first and insurance choices then and what do you need for them?

I've looked at Cardiff, Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield. Going to see Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle in september. I absolutely adored Cardiff and Sheffield so I have 2 out of 4 of my choices (no idea what the 5th will be) but things may change if I don't get a good UKCAT mark (Sheffield want a good UKCAT mark and if I don't get it then there is little point in me applying there). I am spending my summer writing my personal statement and practising UKCAT so by the time I get to Newcastle open day I can decide where I am applying and can send off the UCAS form before the deadline. It's literally all everyone is talking about at the moment.

Now I feel like a total betch because I have to go to camp and do an awful lot of running and swimming. When I get back though, oh we'll be Skyping. >:3

Good, I won't skype right this second because I plan on getting some lunch in a minute. Also, I've been sitting around all day, confined to my house because I am waiting for something very important to be delivered and if I miss it than shizz is going down. I had to miss triple chemistry for this ;-;

Thanks, I hope so. My firm is Nottingham but I've given up on that, there's no way in hell I'll get the grades for that. My insurance is Hull, which with a bit of luck I should be able to get the grades for. Student finance and everything is all sorted, so I only need the grades. ^,^

And awesome!!!! Good luck. If you go to Sheffield we so have to meet up at some point. ^,^ If you need any help with anything or someone to read over your personal statement, I'd be willing to do anything. Just be warned A2s are killer, you can't afford to slack at all. Also try not to forget all your AS stuff, it comes in handy in maths and chem.

 

Is Hull right next to Sheffield or something? I know I already live quite close to Nottingham though. There is always a chance Midny :D

Well joy... luckily I don't do maths because I hate it with a burning passion but chemistry I really enjoy and my plan for this next year is to keep up to date on everything, if I don't understand it then I will go through it and I will understand it! I already have so much english work to do over the holidays it saddens me. English is just my fun subject though, I'm relying on the other 3 subjects to get my A's in. The next year is going to be mental...

I am sad ;-; I love chemistry and plus it was the last lesson of the year meaning we play games and eat cake for large portions of the lessons. Also, there are like 5 girls in my class and we all just gather on one table and talk about anything and it's always fun.

 

Clearly all three of us should meet up and do stupid things for a day sometime. And talk about Doctor Who but that's a given.

 

Yes! And then we go feed the sucks! For whatever reason... I don't know. That is always something I imagine doing when thinking about meeting up with someone on KHV and I still don't understand why.

Ah, I couldn't remember what subjects you did exactly. But yeah, I wish you the best of look as A2 Chem is ridiculously hard (especially Chem4). Whoever said Physics was hardest was lying? It's easy compared to Chem. But I'm pretty sure you can manage though.

Okay, just let me know when you want me too. I found the amount of lines what you write is slightly different between UCAS and word, so it's worth copy pasting it into the box on UCAS a few times before. When I did it, I found it came to about 4 lines less in the UCAS box than it did on word.
