If they were to do it? Well, I'd have it go out to explain it in such a way like they explained the tracker jackers. Then when they actually showed the mutts they'd have collars saying what district they are from and qualities resembling the tribute. Also perhaps overlay the tributes face on top of the creatures so the audience can see how Katniss reconises them all.
